Saab Singh the delivery driver was great. Stayed on the phone while I directed him through the office, and was able to deliver a surprise birthday cake. Recommend :)

Pick up time was in 20minutes from placing the order.
Could visibilt track the courier on an interactive map.
Much cheaper than any other same day London courier I looked at.

They overbooked my time
They overbooked my time. I booked for an hour, between 1pm to 2pm. They have arrived 20 mins before and had another customer at 1:15. So I had to ask for my rights to keep an hour booking. Still, they left way before my booking time.

Thanks for sharing your experience. After investigating this case and talking to you, it seems that there has been a misunderstanding. The parameters of the service doesn't include a booking of a selected time rather a direct delivery. With that said, we've offered to refund you for the delivery as a gesture of goodwill.
