Saab Singh the delivery driver was great. Stayed on the phone while I directed him through the office, and was able to deliver a surprise birthday cake. Recommend :)

Great customer service.
Had issue before, and they was trying the make things right. So I decided use them again for the Valentine's day order. However, at begining of this time, had an issue with a cake delivery where things didn’t go as expected, but Swiftee handled it professionally and resolved the matter quickly, specialy thanks to Jacob. His customer service was responsive and ensured I was refunded in full. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really counts—appreciate the effort to make things right!

Timely delivery and the courier kindly checked whether we were in or whether it would need to be delivered to our neighbour instead.

The driver really does his best to get…every envelope delivered, and uses initiative when a house is divided into flats, to ask, and get it to the correct address

I placed an urgent order for a suitcase between 3 and 4 PM, hoping to get it by the next day. To my amazement, it arrived by 7 PM! I couldn't believe how fast it was delivered! Plus, the delivery guy was super friendly and made the experience even better! What an incredible service!

Delivery in a jiffy!
Placed the order over the phone. Operator was quick and efficient. Courier turned up to collect a few minutes later. Delivered to destination in a jiffy. Very impressed!!!
