Disgraceful! Don’t use these guys. We waited 50 minutes from contacting them when we landed at Bristol airport. Their excuse “We’re very busy”. Sorry but not my problem! We’ve still got a 3 hour drive ahead of us.
My advice… keep away from Swift parking. It’s spoilt a great holiday.

Waited six hours for my car and all of the stuff what was in there was either gone through or misplaced.
Please don't use this company they are thieves and scammers

As other travellers are pointing out, this is a total scam, best thing you can do is avoid next time you're in Bristol airport.
Not only they provide a terrible service, but they also went through my things and stole the USB adapter I had at the central compartment, which I realised the following day. Bloody thieves.

I really feel 1 star is too many as companies like this destroy holiday memories. Phoned the company hours before drop off as we were up in Bristol early concerned about traffic, luckily we had time to spare otherwise we would have missed flights. They finally answered 2 hrs before our flight, lucky we only had hand luggage!! We then waited 90 minutes at 3am to get our car back afterwards. Just don’t do it to yourselves, it’s never worth the small

As all previous comments state, service absolutely awful - took them 45 minutes longer than they said for car to be returned. Was stood outside in the car park for this amount of time at 3am in the morning - not great! So it took them about an hour and a half in total to return the car. Just pay the extra and go from the silver zone

No paperwork provided. 2 hours to return car. Don’t answer phone when you land. £5 payable when you deposit car and £7 when return car. Company reg on website non existent. Actual company reg only incorporated in may. Expect will dissolve at end of season. Outrageous inconvenient experience.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! BEFORE FLIGHT!!! NEARLY MISSED FLIGHT!
Drove to airport & rang 40 mins before (4;45am) Number wouldn’t connect, just said busy busy busy. Text them to say arriving 30 mins as instructed by email. Message didn’t send. Now panicking on the way to the airport and being stuck without parking (baring in mind I’m 6 months pregnant) and DO NOT NEED THE STRESS!!! We ended up just having to leave the car in the multi-storey costing another £170.. now need to pay this and try get a refund from my bank.
We luckily made our flight (after then paying £21 for fast track security) and rang the same number again to see if we would get through.. as we were boarding at 7am, THEY ANSWERED, I explained to the very unhelpful man that the phone was off earlier when we needed him, he said “what do you want now then” …!!!!! Said his name was Shaun.
Absolutely awful!! Nearly £300 spent on parking now. Wish me luck getting any of it back from this SCAM COMPANY!!!!!! Bristol airport should shut them down.

I had made a booking to be picked up at 4:30am, like advised in the email confirmation to call a number when you are 30/40 minutes away to which we did. The number went straight to USER BUSY. Multiple calls were made, emails were sent, a different number on their website was called again USER BUSY and no answer. Both numbers were texted, and failed (did not deliver to the number).
ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT USE!! THEY DO NOT TURN UP AND DO NOT ANSWER PHONE.
We was then left driving to Bristol trying to find parking with a flight in 3 hours, off course unable to find one the only option was to pay parking at bristol airport for 7 days which will cost over £160.
I now have to go through the stress of trying to get my money back with the bank as they won’t give a refund.
We called at 6:30 to try and see if they answered while we was boarding our flight, which they did and were very rude and asking “what do you want then if your already on your flight” I explained I wanted a refund and they said to email. I do not expect to get a refund from the service they have provided.
Absolutely appalled, do not know how this business is allowed and still going. Scamming people, leaving people stranded right before a flight.

Agree with all the other reviews. This is not "meet and greet"; it is off site parking miles from the airport with huge delays waiting for someone to meet you and then someone to greet you - in our case about half an hour on arrival and nearly an hour on return. Massively unprofessional. Never again.

On arrival at the airport had to wait 1 hour for them to come and collect the vehicle and then coming back we waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes!!!
Drivers don’t have licenses either and I doubt they even have insurance as no paperwork would be shown.
They block your phone number so you can’t call them even when they have your car.
An hour after waiting they said the driver was stuck in traffic but my son in law drove past it parked in a lay by unaccompanied.
They lie lie lie!!!!!
There were other people waiting to drop theirs off. Some of which nearly missed their flights!!!
These people should not get away with this!!!!!!!

Exactly as stated below by numerous other customers ...simply disgusting !
Cons : over an hour wait to get the car back , the car was dirty as they park it in a field about 8 miles from Bristol , unprofessional drivers ( rude with no identification) , leave & pick up from short stay car park ( it's better just to park there )
Pros : we got the car back !
Never again !
Note : the company advert on Parking4You app was Meet and Greet Airport Parking Bristol and had lots of good reviews ( not Swift and definitely not the official Bristol Airport Meet & Greet service ... scam ! )

Don't you this company waited an hour and half for car to be returned stood in middle of carpark abolutely pouring down with rain tried ringing them on landlines and mobile no answer ,was stood there with my 81 year old father the man was sat in his car no help walked away from us , would never use this company again something should be done about these

Our car was returned filthy and returned to us with almost no fuel. Not a reputable company. Please do not use this company.

We dropped the car at Bristol to someone who said he worked for Swift, no identification on him to prove this and no signage as to where to park.
On return we waited an hour for our car to be be returned filthy inside and out with water bottles left on seats.
Lots of people complaining, will definitely not be using their service again.

When arriving at Bristol airport, 4 men greeted me to collect my car, no id, no paper work, no proof of who they was or who they was working for. The 4 men then entered my car and drove off after paying the £5 short stay parking fee!!

When returning, was told over an hour wait, my car had dirty rubbish inside, cigarette ash all over my seats, mud all inside and outside of the vehicle, an underaged uninsured driver who was insanely rude, when asked for id he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I also had items stolen from my car, including chewing gum and loose change.

My car was valeted before going on holiday, in the space of 6 days they’ve managed to trash the car and not take any responsibility for it. This company also take your car out on a drive without permission from yourself, my mileage had gone significantly up and petrol was on empty when entering the vehicle to drive home, so after a long day of travelling i then had to pay further money for the pure indecency of this company.

And not to mention that the comp may blocked my number after handing over the keys, I attempted to complain but all numbers are blocked.

Shocking DO NOT USE!! My car was returned looking like it had come back from the battle of the Somme. It was covered in mud and the drivers footwell was covered in mud as well!

Couldn't get through to either the mobile number or office when arriving to notify of arrival time. All seems very unofficial with no paperwork or proof of booking with person taking the keys. You need to go into the short stay carpark not pick up carpark and need to pay £5 at both drop off and pick up. They didn't know where the car was going to be kept during our holiday when asked. On return we called the mobile number immediately on arrival. Advised it would be 35 to 45 mins to return car so despite taking our time and doing a food shop we still had to wait 20min for the car to arrive. Car was returned looking like it had been parked in a very muddy field as side walls all covered in mud and splashed up wings. Staff quite rude too. May as well have parked in main carpark. Won't be using again and only gave one star as car was actually brought back (which I wasn't confident about!)

Terrible!!!! It takes forever to get your car, they are significantly later than what is promised. We were waiting in excess of an hour!!
