DO NOT USE this company!!!

We've had some poor experiences with 'Meet and Greet.' Swift are the worst.
Firstly, they quote call them 30 minutes before arriving, we did, and still had to wait another 15 minutes.
On return, they quote the same, when you had collected your bags, please call and we will arrive in 30 minutes, which is odd when you collect your baggage in Stansted, it take about 10 minutes to get the the collection point.
No one arrived for over an hour. I called repeatedly and the hung up. There was no apology when we collected the car, and they also left a sandwich wrapper in the car that belonged to them.

I would have given them ZERO stars - they are pathetic!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Swift Meet and Greet at Stansted Airport and will be pursuing this further.

I followed the instructions and called 30 minutes before arrival, only to find the phone line closed. After finally getting through, I then had to wait around 30 minutes just to drop off the car.

On return, I was told to wait between 15 and 55 minutes. During that time I called five times and received inconsistent and misleading information on each call. In reality, I waited approximately 1.5 hours, along with several other frustrated customers.

To make matters worse, the vehicle was returned with the keys left on the front wheel, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious security concerns.

This service falls far below any reasonable standard and is not what was advertised. I expect a formal response and compensation for the inconvenience and poor handling of my vehicle.

Wouldn’t give 1 star but lowest you can give.

What a huge disappointment of a company and will be leaving a terrible review.

First off the drop off was ok, service wasn’t too bad but nothing special.

The collection of my vehicle on the other hand was an experience, I called 30 mins before hand to collect my car which admittedly was early however it happens with flights, you plan for delays and security but was told I’d have to wait upto an hour.

I had to go collect my own vehicle which was then £37 in an uber to the postcode and place I was told which was not correct, it was 5 minutes away from where I was in the uber which isn’t massive problem but when you get told that your wasting there time and that it was my fault not the best representation of a company that you want to be leaving your car with.

Finally arrive and two rude and obnoxious men after repeating myself multiple with my registration and vehicle they couldn’t even get it out or ready.

Pathetic excuse of a company and if anything not worth the money to leave your car there with the service I received.

SCAM!!! We were fined £100 because they didn’t pick our car up!

SCAM. This company are a scam, the only reason they get a star is because there is no other option. Upon arrival there was nobody to collect the car so had to leave the key with a random man working at the airport to not miss the flight. There are additional fees to enter and exit the car park that they do not tell you about occurring an extra 25£ in total. Following on from this little did these people know that an air tag was left in the car and we could see that they had not picked our car up from the airport until 3 days after we dropped it off which meant we now have a £100 FINE from the airport parking. Following on from this they took nearly an hour to drop the car back off to us upon arrival back at the airport and had added and extra 26 MILES to the car within the one day that they had it. There are also no parking spaces in the area they ask you to park in so have to park elsewhere, communication over the phone was terrible with a lack of information and language barrier. We will be following up further with this company. DO NOT USE. It is appalling that Stansted still allow them to operate.

Very disappointing experience with…Nothing Swift about this meet and greet

Very disappointing experience with Stansted Parking. We waited over an hour despite their 30‑minute pick‑up promise. Communication was terrible — I had to make four calls, and three were cancelled immediately. When someone finally answered, they sounded half‑asleep.

The driver arrived grumpy, unprofessional, and looked extremely tired, which did not feel safe or reassuring. On top of that, we were charged £13 on arrival and £13 on departure, which was never disclosed during booking and only appeared after the confirmation email.

The worst part was the condition of my car on return — it was not as clean as when I left it, which is completely unacceptable.

Overall, poor communication, hidden charges, unprofessional staff, and my car returned in a worse state. I’m seeking a refund and compensation for cleaning. I would not recommend this company.

I believe more needs to be done in regards to this company there offering a poor service charge me over 300 pounds ruined my holiday waited over a hour for collection a awful experience. if dont wanr the bother please dont use

S**T 2 h and 10 min later brought my car

2 h and 10 min later brought my car - waiting like an idiot (having a child with me too) . Don't book through compareyourparking as they are handling swiftparking and probably both as shit as the other. the rest of the comments are pretty much spot on - not sure why they are allowed to operate ! when my car was finally brought the driver said they are shit and to sue them

2hrs for them to return the car! 35 phone calls to them eventually had to threaten them with the police for theft if they did not return the car! Not what we needed when we had a 3 hr journey home after the flight!!!

Stay Away

Mail box full hence has to ring multiple times (7) for an answer. 10.08PM call answered was told 15 mins wait by Row H although documents mention Rows A-E. No car hence rang again 10.49, was told to wait 10 minutes, still no car. After a few non answered calls finally got some one to answer at 11.07, again was told to wait 10 minutes. Finally car delivered 11.16.
Make your own mind if you want this stress after your holiday.
Just cleaning the car and found 6 other clients information e.g phone numbers, registration of vehicles and names. Does this break GDPR rules????

Criminal company. Do not use them.

Appalling service. 1hr and 20 mins to deliver our car back to us (at 1.20am, I called at midnight, as pre-planned on the booking). The car driver left the car running, with the keys in the ignition and hazard warning lights on, came quickly to me at the pavement about 4 metres away, gave me the car park ticket to pay for and ran off before I could even get to the car to check it over. The cover of the driver wing mirror was missing and the central information display was no longer working (meaning no air con, sat nav, trip info, etc). I immediately called the company and was told to email and WhatsApp photos. The number wasn't even registered on WhatsApp and I still haven't heard back from the email. I got the car repaired and 2 fuses had been taken out of the fuse box!!! Have tried calling the number advertised as their complaints line and it just puts me in a queue and eventually asks me to leave a message. Sometimes it just cuts me off and says "number not available". This is not a trustworthy company. Do not use them.

Zero stars!! Absolutely useless. Made 30+phone calls no answer… eventually answers to say one hour!! People came after us and got their car. One lady had 500 miles on her car (plus an eaten subway wrapper), another had been contacted by her insurance for speeding!! (She wasn’t in the country). We had poor disabled people who were there before us still waiting nearly 3 hours… our car, after 2 hours and many phone calls finally arrived. When confronting drivers they would say “I’m only the driver”. Absolutely no interest. No care. No system in place at all for time of arrival. Absolutely disgraceful service. Please avoid this company. We will never use them ever again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Can you give zero stars???Because that's what they deserve. First point is they meet at Short stay car park which is a trek from Departures if you have luggage and or kids. When arriving early hours of the morning phone just cut off a few times. Then someone from Brighton called me from a landline asking me which airport I was at!! Eventually answered mobile number and told me it would be 30 minutes wait. After 30 mins tried calling both mobile and landline no answer or hung up. After 40 mins rang again. Very angry guy said they would be there shortly!! Was not interested in what I had to say when he eventually arrived. Just said "contact claims" Others waiting in the car park were walked off down the road! My guess was to pick up their vehicles. It was dark and I would not recommend this company for lone female or in fact stay clear of them totally. It would appear all other " meet and greet" pick up from drop off car park.

I would strongly avoid using this company!
I arrived at the Short Stay & Pick up area as instructed and called their driver when we were 40 minutes away, on arrival there was no driver waiting, despite many phone calls with people that could barely speak English, still no driver! Eventually after about an hour I “met” a driver by the exit barrier, the whole experience was stressful before our holiday, the staff were rude, unhelpful and aggressive. The collection at the end of our holiday was also very poor and again we were kept waiting for about an hour and again after many phone calls! 39 miles were added to my car, it is not valet parking and it wasn’t meet and greet, it is also a 400-500 yard walk to the terminal. A disgrace.
