I ordered a 4-in-1 hip belt for $119 in April.What I eventually received was a cheap yoga belt.
An email to them received a prompt reply. The correct item was on its way. It never arrived, emails went unanswered.
Opened a dispute. Sent the belt back at my expense. It’s still awaiting collection a month later.
Feel scammed
I ordered an advertised wheel brush for my car. What arrived was nothing like what was advertised and basically a completely different product. I have emailed them three times asking how I return it and get a refund. I have had no answer. Absolutely disgraceful.
I originally tried to cancel my order except the website said it was to late never got my order for over 3 weeks then I been for over a week in a half trying to get them to respond to my emails over returning my order for a refund it was definitely not what I expected and they have not even once responded to my emails I don't think they are going to I don't believe they are a reputable company I would not order from them Iwould look elsewhere for a product that you would need ask therapist or doctors for help because if it's the wrong item they are not going to respond to yo they have got your money evidently they are fraudulent and ripping people off instead
Awful bag! Received a bag that is pristine on one side but threadbare on the opposite side. Looks like the pieces were constructed by two different factories and then stitched together. The customer service peep claims it’s for a “vintage” look. IMO the bag looks rat nibbled on that one side. Awful. Still trying to make a return for refund. I think any 5 star review is bogus.

As beautiful as pictured! Ordering, delivery, etc. was spot on. Purchased a necklace as a gift for someone special in remembrance of her mother, and she loved it.
