If I could leave no stars I would. I placed an order in mid November and paid for an advanced delivery option and was promised items would definitely arrive before Christmas. Not only did my items not arrive by Christmas, I still have not received them and despite multiple emails, not a single response. This company is is just a scam, do not buy from them and if you have report them to trading standards.

Got told they would be here before Christmas an still not here , when I emailed they said they will send out next day delivery that was on the 30th December 2021 an still got nothing but they took my money , I’d never order from here again

Ordered an advent calendar in late November, got an email to say they didn't have stock on 4/12 and that I'd be issued a refund and sent some chocolate via post as an apology. Never got either, no response to emails and have had to raise a dispute (still un-answered) through Paypal to try and get my money back.

They are a waste of time ordered on the 22/11 and no sign of my order when I emailed them they had obviously forgot and promised it would be sent that day and it is now Xmas eve and nothing has come they also don’t answer to my emails avoid this company

Never wrote a review on here but would like to make people aware not to order from this company!
Purchased a tony’s chocolate advent calendar on the 22nd November and received an email on the 6th after asking them why it hadn’t been dispatched that they haven’t got it in stock and would receive a refund…3 weeks later and not received a penny. Been blanked on emails and Instagram and the phone line is dead.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and still Not arrived , as soon as I asked for a refund told it was dispatched but surprise surprise still no where to be seen. Avoid at all costs.
Update : Refund has now been sent after saying they couldn’t fulfil my order .. even though I was told it was dispatched..

Never received my item and didn’t get a response from customer services. Also couldn’t get through on their phone line. Really disappointing service.

My order arrived 3 weeks late after multiple emails with no response. Then it comes and over 90 pound of my order is missing!

I emailed on 18th asking where my delivery was got an email apologising and said it would be delivered by Saturday (23rd) stil haven't had my order and no reply to my email I'm a very patient person but not gonna be fobbed off when it's an order for my children I'd like to no when I will receive my order which should have already arrived within 5 days of ordinal order was placed I will wait for end of week to hear back / receive order before asking for a refund I appreciate back logs ect but got told my order had been dispatched

Perfect service. This is a small family business of only 2 people, yet the service I received was outstanding. I can't rate them highly enough. 5⭐ from me.

I placed a quite a big order with sweettasticuk 3 weeks ago on Friday for my sons birthday as he loves everything American, after 2 weeks of no update or arrival of the order I emailed them and asked where the order was I was told they had a family funeral and it would be sent out the next day, which I totally understood. A week later still no order so I had to cancel the order and placed the order with Molliessweetshop which was delivered the next day. I feel this could be a very successful business if it was organised a bit better and kept to delivery dates and times. I would say only place an order at the moment if you aren’t in any rush for the items to come.

This company are awful, seven weeks after reporting a damaged order still no replacement order had arrived. Very poor at replying to customers, unfortunately I had to gain intervention from my local Trading Standards office in order for them to reply and process a refund for me. Customer Service is the key to any business, sadly this company is run by amateurs who don't have a clue. I wish I could post the photos here of how my order arrived, absolutely shocking state. Avoid purchasing from them and stick to other companies who know how to pack orders adequately and treat customers correctly.

This lovely company gave me and my other half (working for the delivery company) two drinks for delivering their products, they were yummy! So we ordered more and the service was incredible! Will definitely be ordering more from here again! Thanks guys 😀

I order from this company and I did not received my order and I did received a lot of excuses from them saying it will arrive on said day but then nothing try again nothing in the end I had to make a complaint with my payment company to get my money back bad service not happy

I am absolutely delighted and extremely happy with the top level of 5* service I received from Sweet Tastic UK. They did a phenomenal display at my birthday event adding personal touches and detail going above and beyond expectation! They truly made my birthday a special memory and one I will always cherish. I have placed more orders since my event and friends/family are placing orders too. Superb 1st Class Service and value for money! I cant rate Sweet Tastic UK high enough for exceptional quality, service and professionalism! A big thank you from a very happy customer :)

Placed my first order on Monday and it arrived today! Literally couldn’t be any happier with it! A vast rage of sweet, some that are new to me and some that took me back to when I was a kid 🙈 Excellent speedy service. I will 10000% be placing another order soon as the pic ‘n’ mix are perfect for movie nights with my partner ❤️

In response to your below message.... you were contacted 25 hours ago so please do not make me out to be a liar aswell as everything else. Regardless, you have my money and your product was damaged. Regardless of who is at fault you have my money and im looking for it to be returned.

Excellent customer service. Easy to use and stress free website. Delivery was on time and delivered politely and professionally. Product was 100% as advertised and was impeccable quality. 100% would recommend to anyone.
