I needed some round high gloss sticky label for a family project. IT featured the Robertson crest. The service from Handy Labels was impressively fast. From submitting my design to proof copy, just a couple of days and then equally fast from order to receiving the labels. Highly recommended. I'll certainly be using them again and have already recommended them to all my clients.

Handy Labels were very responsive and customer-focussed throughout the end to end process. We were delighted with the labels we ordered and they were delivered promptly. Our order was relatively small, but I can assure other potential customers that this did not have any bearing on the service, which was of a high quality.

Handy labels have been great and the quality of their labels are excellent. (High tack waterproof) there was a lot of back and forth comms at first because it was my very first label design and they are very patient. They recently told me they can’t fast track delivery which is understandable or we’d all do it, but the service was so efficient the labels still arrived on the day I needed them. Thank you and will continue to come back to handy labels as my business grows.

Ordered some stickers for a festival and was worried about them turning up in time as I mis-read the delivery time. They quickly pushed my order to the front of the queue and got me my stickers in time. Great quality prints and great customer service!

I frequently use Handy Labels to source my sticker requirements. Easy design & order process, excellent communications & prompt delivery. The quality is always first rate & good value for money.

I've written positive reviews in the past, but just wanted to inform others so they don't make the mistake I did. I ordered removable labels to use on greetings cards as an alternative to plastic card envelopes. I guessed the description 'removable' as opposed to 'permanent', meant the labels would peel off (ie be able to be removed). I stuck them to some older cards and left them for a week as a test and they came off fine.

However, here we are a month later and it turns out they don't come off at all, leaving a sticky residue on the cards. I contacted customer service, who said that "A removable adhesive will perform best on coated card stock [which is what I ordered]. We find that the White gloss vinyl using the removable adhesive option may have less tack."

Advertising labels as removable when they don't come off is poor merchandising, and offering to send a free sample of a label when around £100 worth of stock (cost) is completely ruined wasn't the best customer service either.

I will continue to use Handy Labels for their permanent stickers because they're great - fast delivery and great service, but I wouldn't trust their customer service, product descriptions and removable labels again sadly.

I don't usually post negative reviews but don't want others to have the same financial loss as I have suffered.

Edited to add: No compensation for the damaged stock offered. Instead, they sent a link to a page you can search for via the term 'Specialised stickers and labels' which I was supposed to find and read before ordering. The page isn't obviously available currently via the header menu, or during the ordering wizard, but I thought I'd post it here in case it's useful to someone else.
