Website stated 3 day despatch time, it was actually 7 days between ordering and receiving a despatch notification.
1/2 of what I ordered was refunded as "out of stock" I received notification of this after despatch, this order was a present for Father's Day.
What did arrive, wasn't the best quality the Dweebs were all soft and stuck together- definitely not crunchy as described on the packaging. Toxic Waste bars soft and not of the quality purchased elsewhere.
Unable to call the company and no response to email sent!
Don't waste your money, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!

Order did not arrive at all. Tried to contact them in several ways and no response. No refund was given. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! So many people saying the same thing!

SCAM company. I placed an order on 16th March for just under £75 and never received anything. Tried to contact through chat and emails but had no response whatsoever. I had to open a claim through my card provider and as the company failed to respond to them I thankfully got refunded by my card provider. This company should not be allowed to continue to operate just taking peoples money and failing to send out orders. How can they be allowed to get away with this?

This Easter I paid for a large Lindt Easter egg, but they sent a much smaller egg! When I emailed them no reply!! Also paid for other sweets which did not arrive!!! I am going to contact the Trading Standards office, this company cannot continue to operate taking money for goods that never arrive!! Do not waste your money this company is managed by rogues!!

SCAM ordered on the 13th march (lots of fudge) over a £30 order. Not even a dispatch email or an order confirmation tried contacting via social media, phone, website chat and email and no response this company has 0 customer service avoid at all costs order from elsewhere where your actually going to receive your order.

spent £15 worth for valentine’s day and never received the order. i emailed, dm’d on instagram and even commented on one of their posts but still no reply. I’ve requested a refund multiple times now and i’m getting no where. customer service is absolutely terrible

A tenner plus £3.99 for delivery for a box of sweets that I could get from the local shop for about £4-£5 absolutely ridiculous DO NOT USE THIS LOT

Ordered in November, never received. Order never even dispatched! No reply to emails or messages. Had to claim refund via my purchase card. Avoid at all costs

Terrible company ....I made the mistake of ordering from this website! They do not deliver and refuse to respond to any attempt to find out what happened to the order .....AVOID

Order placed on 13th Dec. Still not arrived. And no replies to attempts to contact to find out status of order. Understand that there was strikes in December and a busy time of year but zero communication is unacceptable after 1 month. Feels like fraud now.

First ordered before christmas and because of royal mail delays decided to pay extra for postage through a courier (£7.99) so it would arrive in time for christmas. Supposedly it was going to be delivered within 2 days, but a week and a half later it was delivered from royal mail anyway. Even though i had paid the extra for a courier. Some of the sweets were definitely past their best, eg. sticky when they shouldnt be, half melted ect. (we're talking lolly pops and chewy sweets here) Thought id give the benefit of the doubt and decided ill order another box 2 days ago with royal mail as delivery, bought a mystery usa box (husbands american and likes to get sweets from home) arrived today and majority of the sweets went straight in the bin. As soon as the box was opened we noticed there was sticky stuff all over the inside of the box. Opened a few of the sweets and again sweets and lollys are looking like they're half melted. Ones that are supposed to have hard outsides are soggy and soft.
Very disappointed as there was a few things on the website my husband would have loved but after spending around £40 and half of the sweets ending in the bin as they were inedible we wont be ordering again. Just wish i had checked their rating before ordering.

I ordered on the 3rd of December for a Christmas present. After a week I emailed and no response and then finally after 2 weeks of emails they finally responded and said it was next to be dispatched and it was due to the strikes and the Christmas period. ( I have ordered from other places via Royal Mail and it was delivered with 2 days) then finally sent a tracking number 4 days ago and it’s not recognised. I understand it’s a busy period and they are a small company but other small companies manage and still communicate. I personally wouldn’t use this company again.

These clowns just reported a 1 star review I left in May for a order that has STILL not been honoured.
Reported because "they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience". Clearly this is part of how they try get away with their SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately for them I've sent Trustpilot documentation of my experience as requested to verify my review 👎Nice try fraudsters

If I could do no stars I would!! I placed a massive order worth £70.00 in Oct, waited 4 weeks and no show, so I contacted them several times and finally had a reply just to say cos i have waited so long they will give me 10% discount off my next order and that my order was on its way this was on 15th Nov!!! So I waited again and i contacted them again through clearpay and I got a reply, only because i told them i want to cancel my order and they said my order was on its way and that I would recieve it in the next few days!! Order arrived 26th Nov, which ment that i had waited nearly 2 months for my items!! Then to my dismay well i have never seen anything like it the way they packed the box sticky lollipops stuck to everything, and parts of my order missing!! I asked for several cans of warhead pop not 1 can recieved!! Opened a dispute with clearpay and to my dismay, clearpay replied to say that the dispute has been settled and that sweettastic had fulfilled there obligation and no refund will be issued and won't let me respond!!! I took foto evidence of the items I recieved as soon as I opened the box, and the photo of the weight of my package recieved and the size of the box the sweets came in!! Which was no more than 2KG, so how can they say my order was fulfilled when I had heavy items missing+sweets missing?? Please stay clear of this company, they are a small business that make excuses that they are moving warehouses, they have been saying this for months on the reviews!! Bunch of scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute shocking service been waiting since October for my order. Communication is terrible just being fobbed of now with royal mail tracking numbers that don't exist. Stear clear of this company

Still have not fulfilled my order since July 2022. They have only updated us once about the delays. I have chased them up on numerous occasions using Facebook, Instagram, direct message. Only had 1 reply. I was one of the silly people who when offered a refund thought no I would just hold on for my order. I presume once again genuine customers are being scammed out of money.

I ordered about a month ago, I never received my order and tried contacting them multiple times through their website and email and had no response, I then commented on their TikTok video, they got back to me and messaged to say I’d have my order by latest 29th October, it is now the 10th of November and I still do not have my order, I have tried contacting them multiple times and they have ignored me every single time. I then commented on their tik tok video again today, and they have blocked me on everything. If you order from here do not expect to actually receive your order at all!

Stay clear I ordered on the 10th October it's now the 21st there site says may take 5 days to despatch now on day 11 I have sent 4 emails no reply!! This was a gift for someone leaving work so should have arrived on time clearly not. It may be a small business but the business should carry on even if people are out of the business people are paying for goods and not recieving them this can't carry on surely! Never ever again will I order from these dead sweet were swept under of orders they were a small team still managed to send them out with the dead line they set.i have disputed this with clearly.

Do not buy from here. Waited 3 weeks so far for a parcel that was dispatched a week ago and got no response from the company regarding wanting a refund of my money for a no show of my order.
This is unacceptable for a company and if you are filled with orders from what I've read maybe you should stop orders til you've caught up as what you are doing is a turning into a scam. You will be reported either way
