The team at SweepWidget has offered excellent customer service in setting up my SweepWidget account for what I need. Anything that that the platform did not already provide, they set up quickly for me. The platform does 90% of everything you need and is very simple and straightforward to use.

Absolute rubbish. Never lets me enter any competitions as has supposedly identified my IP address as 'spam' - even when using different browsers with or without VPN. Basically a waste of time and a flawed system.

Zero support from sweepwidget. I have been trying to get hold of them via multiple tickets and on X but no one responds. The referral link doesn't show actioned, it doesn't allow me or 6 testers to sign up consistently on chrome or safari. This has now affected my competition to win $500 and I can't go live.

I won a prize but they had some issues getting the prize to me. But they were determined and I got my prize today.

I discovered Sweep Widget, which has competitive pricing and great features. I had a specific scenario requiring assistance with the setup, so I contacted the support team. I was pleasantly surprised by how supportive they were. They went above and beyond to create a new feature to meet my requirements. It's rare to receive such high levels of support these days.

My nonprofit used this platform for a contest where participants could take actions to compete for prizes. Loved the ease of setup and use, the ability to embed into our own website, the multitude of different types of actions people can take, and the seamless experience.

I've done a lot of giveaways, and I usually use Google Forms. But I wanted to get more followers, so I did some research and decided on Sweepwidget. It worked! At first I wanted a refund (which they would have provided) because I didn't see how I could give people points for following my personal LinkedIn page. But the customer service person who responded to my refund request told me they had JUST added a feature that let you add "follow a LinkedIn Influencer" to your entry options. Yay! Worked like a charm. I'm very happy.

Great product for a great price and good customer service as well. Our first giveaway gained us a good handful of consumer info that will enable us to better conduct our business.

Even though the app didn't meet my requirements, a quick mail to customer support, and they sorted out my issue and seamlessly processed a refund. Really good great widget and top notch customer support. Great for social activations and giveaways! 10/10 (highly recommend)

I wanted to test this service, but no matter what I try to do, all actions are "Pro", meaning that you have to pay, so what's the point of offering a free trial if you can't do anything with this thing?

Great with English but it's false advertising that they support multiple languages. When I tried Japanese, a lot of items showed up as ???????? Unusable. They offered to help, but asked me to submit changes. Who has time for that? Not me. If they advertise that they support multiple languages, they should at least have it together or hire a translator (honestly, how much would it cost to get someone to properly translate everything? they use Google translate) to do the job for them before they say that they "support" other languages. Other options are a lot pricier, but I think I know why now.

Edit: (10/20/2022) They did reach out to me about a month later to let me know that they had fixed the problem. I no longer need the service, but do appreciate their follow-up. Changed from 3 stars to 4 for their effort.
