I am being blocked from every SweepsWidget giveaway with: "This entry has been flagged by our anti-spam system. (31)" This has been going on for a year. When I contact Sweepwidget's Customer Service, they say it's each of the individual giveaway host not whitelisting me. EVERY?!!! Each and every new giveaway? C'MON! They also state this is embedded on a page on SweepsWidget.com. I shouldn't have to have me whitelisted on each and every one of the Sweepwidget sponsored giveaways. It should be able to be rectified at Sweepwidget's system. Stop blaming every giveaway host and look into the issue at your end.

For an unknown reason my email was marked as spam when trying to enter a give away, but in under 5 minutes a real support person helped me out!

They don't capture emails on the FREE PLAN. On the free plan, you only get to see the first 10 entrants, and then have to upgrade/subscribe to see the others. So there's no point in using this site. I could have just as easily randomly picked a winner in the Facebook comments and saved myself all the trouble of setting up an account and contests (and you cannot attach a picture to it in the Free Plan either). A terrible disappointment. Will be looking for a different contest provider immediately. This one was a complete waste of time.

To reply to THEIR reply -- the way you did it was unprofessional. You basically held the emails hostage. If this is how your run your site, I want nothing to do with you. If I had known you were going to hold hostage the emails unless I upgraded to the "pro" plan, I never would have bothered signing up with you at all.

Solid product, good documentation and excellent customer support. We tried several other contest services and this was by far the best of them. Definitely would recommend.

My issue was addressed and fixed very quickly. Within less than 5 minutes. I thought it was going to require a long drawn out process.

Support picked up issue fast once contacted and went through a few chatbot questions. Result!

I was having issues entering sweepstakes with sweepwidget but the AI and customer service rep Graham were able to get it fixed for me fast. Thanks

I haven't fully launched the giveaway yet, but the support I have had during the setup and testing phase has been great. Very quick response and helpful resolutions. Looking forward to many successful giveaways!

Customer service is actually the best part of dealing with SweepWidget, they are quick to show up and talk through anything and are very knowledgeable to fix things quickly!

I had some issues with the software working for me and was out of time before my giveaway so I couldn’t reach out to support for help. I ended up going a different way but had already paid for the pro plan for 1 month, I reached out to them and they first tried to help me resolve the issue but because I had already gone a different way they refunded the money I had spent on the pro plan. Great customer service, would highly recommend. I wish I could have made it work, it would have been a really cool way to host my giveaway. I’ll definitely try again next time!

It’s easy to use, has lots of entry options, and integrates well with social platforms. I liked how customizable the widget is and how quick it was to set up different actions like newsletter signups or social follows. Their support team was helpful too.

Been using this platform for our newsletter and instagram giveaways for over a year now (10+ giveaways). Great platform and price/value/options. Easy to use with lots of features. I would recommend it for sure!

I was looking for a new Sweepstakes giveaway platform and came across SweepWidget. I did experience some hiccups with the antispam error for some of the users trying to enter the raffle. However, I contacted SweepWidget and they helped me resolve my issue right away. I was up and running again with minimal down time. They were very helpful. I am looking forward to using this platform for our company raffles.

I've had issues with the anti-spam in sweepwidget for years now. I know a lot of people have. It's way too buggy, turns away tons of legitimate users.

This makes twice I went to enter a contest and I was refused because it says I am some kind of spam email. How can you be a spam email if you enter contests?

If anyone else is having this problem what say we get together and get in touch with their states attorney general and file charges?

No matter what I do I am marked as SPAM for ***every single*** contest I ever try to enter. HOW AM I SPAM TO YOU SWEEPWIDGET? SPAM means I'm trying to sell you something! How is me entering my name and email to win sweepstakes doing something wrong! CORRECT THIS HORRIBLE SET UP AND REMOVE IT!
