I read the reviews, I do my research because I don't have money to burn so I'm very careful where I sign up at. This place HEAVILY advertises instant redemptions, in fact in their Q&A they even say if your redemption says pending to contact customer service which I have 5 times now. It's not the money it's really the principle of it. If you promise your customers something you should follow through with it and that's what gets me about these places, I don't like feeling misled or lied to because I won 500 at 8pm last night, it is now 4:20pm the next day and I still don't have my redemption to debit card. I asked if crypto would be faster and apparently it isn't. I read other people's experiences and they didn't have a problem so I don't know why mine is taking so long. I do like the actual games and gameplay, they have ALOT of my favorite provider, Hacksaw. The customer service is responsive but really no help. Give them a try just don't count on instant redemptions like they advertise.
Will update if and when my redemption goes through.
Edit: After sending in my card, a selfie with my card, a few hours goes by and they CANCELLED my redemption, I asked support, they have no clue why it was cancelled, they tell me to try and request a smaller amount, so I requested $250 a few hours ago, still nothing, so I have revised my review as requested. All this and I have other issues I'm dealing with, if they can't redeem $250 or do instant redemption they shouldnt be advertising the way they do.
I'm at a loss here, doesn't look like I'm ever going to see a dime. I'd take away the 2 stars I gave them if I could. Will update if I ever get my redemption but it's been 2 days now definitely not instant and definitely not just a security check. My next step is to take this to reddit, reputation is everything with these places.

Wouldn’t let me redeem $350. After 5 days they cancelled my redemption. Said they needed to review it. I was fully verified and sent in proof of payment multiple times. Kept getting the runaround. And just so you know live games take away from redeemable amount making you play through all the money again. This place will figure out any way to not pay you.

I’m currently waiting for support to reply to me. They contacted me stating I provided the information needed to verify "one" of my cards. Funny thing about that is I only used one single card for two separate transactions on there site and have the screenshots from there transaction history and my bank account to prove it they’re asking me for proof from a card I don’t even have and was not used on there site! I will not change my review to 5 stars until I recieve my 300 sc redeem this is outrageous.
UPDATE: they paid out shortly after I proved multiple times I used one card. This site is a trustworthy sister site I just think since they’re new they’ve been having some issues

My verification and first redemption went smoothly for $300, but now my second redemption is steady pending and customer service keep saying be patient when redemption is supposed to be instant. I would change this when the problem is fixed but right now would not recommend
