Ordered online and it arrived okay but the product is insufficient. Washed my hands once and all the colour came off. Waste of money unfortunately.

The owner/funder personally reached out to me and was very kind and helpful answering my qyestions. love the desgin and easy to use.

Great product, easy to use and stay on. The only ''problem'' I had is that the 4 of the 5 colours I ordered are far from the one showed only. Raspberry is more like a blackberry and so on. So great product but the final colour is not what I was expecting.

Honestly, Lola reaching out via email was what did it for me. She’s so sweet and took my color suggestions to heart. I haven’t been able to afford the product yet, but with the wonderful customer service, id say its worth the purchase!

The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Although I haven't had the chance to try their products yet, I am delighted to have been in touch with them and to have received such attentive care and kind words; it is clear that they truly care about the customer experience. I will certainly buy from them in the future.

The brand is super good, I really loved it, and also one thing I love about the brand is that the people who work there is super nice, especially the co-founder, Lola, she was super nice, she texted me if I needed something, she send me emails so I could learn about the brand and how to use it, or tips about it and I really loved that care.

When I saw Sweenly I was instantly interested.i registrated,and I wanted to order I was just always busy and im 13 so i had to ask my mom for help,I didnt order yet,but I surely will because I think this business is so genious,and let me tell you.I registrate and I get emailt and really good offers,I asked if they ship to my hungary,and Lola replied,and éven offered a free offer.i sadly missed it cause I was at dance practice,and when sehe saw that I missed it she éven checked in with me and said it was totally fine and im always welcome to order,and I forgot to Say but she always replies to everyone.I sent them a letter on why I didnt order now but I will and that I really want to support them when I order one day,and she replied and thanked me for being so sweet.I am truly amazed by them and shoutout to my girl Lola for being sososoo kind and understanding and patient with me.I will order one day,and I cant wait.I think they are truly genious.
