Horrible customer service, we were having trouble making our payment and asked for help otherwise we can’t make payment and they said there is no help, so I missed 2 payments and they threatened to sue me.

We had to pay two times for the month of march,Bcause your company made a mistake somewhere we have never missed a payment.

This customer service is less than helpful when setting up an online profile. Wasted effort x 2 separate calls to 2 separate representatives.

This company is a total joke. Our water heater went out and the previous homeowner's work left the house severely lacking. We contacted Done Plumbing, and the cost to bring the house up to code was much more than we could afford. They suggested we use their financing company, Service Financing. We were approved with a 10 percent interest rate, which, for the cost, we were relieved to just have it resolved.

After six months, I reviewed the statement and noticed that we were being charged 10 percent interest, plus 33 percent on some charges and 42 percent on others. When I called, they explained that this is how their loans work. I would never have agreed to a loan with 52 percent interest, and I mentioned that this was not the contract we signed, but they replied if we didn't like it, we should pay off the loan.

This company is a joke do not get a loan through them—they are an absolute rip-off.

Easily the worst financing company I have every come across. Customer service is terrible. When they were trying to get updated loan docs signed, they kept robo-calling me and asking for me to call back. Just call with a human and take care of the problem! Then you are on hold forever. Trying to setup my account now to pay my bill and after typing in all information correctly, I cannot hit the continue button to create an account. Try to call in for customer support and I am caller number 24. There processes are terrible. Also seeing an interest accrued charge on my account but it's not accounted for in the transactions and descriptions--seems like a phantom charge. I also have great credit and was denied and then had to pay 9.9% instead of the 6.5% rate I was originally promised from the lender. Stay away from any company using this as their lender.

Marsha (Marchanis Blanc) did a fantastic job talking me down from the ledge because I was quite frustrated by the time I got transferred to her. Her clarity, professionalism, understanding, and friendliness are to be commended! Thank you for helping me gain insight into my problem!

I was handling my father's estate and wanted to clear the loan and called . They were helpful and I was handling it over a few days. Thanks for the easement.

I received a letter the company confirming my loan and telling me that I would receive my first monthly statement within 20 days. They also gave me the due date for my first payment. The letter also gave me instructions for setting up an on-line account. When I attempted to set up the account, using the specific instructions from their web site, Inwas unable to do so. I then decided to wait the 20 days for the first billing statement. When that did not arrive in 20 days, I now had only 9 days to make my first payment, and no address to send it, and no statement. I gave up on this loan and decided to pay it in full and be shed of this company. The lady who assisted me was courteous and professional. I am hopeful that my payment transaction goes through, and I will no longer deal with this company. The courtesy of the agent who assisted me is the ONLY reason I gave a two-star rating.

The young lady I talked to was amazing and so very helpful. A# employee!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My housekeeper, who only speaks Spanish, had 2 loans taken out in their names in the amount of $128,000.00 with Service Finance Co FRAUDULENTLY. They received paper work last month regarding these loans. We filed a complaint and never head a word other then them asking for them to “sign the paper work”. We called 3 times. We called today to get a follow up and were told they “closed it”. We talked to a supervisor who told us we needed to speak to collections to explain. They transferred us to collection and collections said we needed to talk to the supervisor who we had just spoken with. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing nor do they care. We will continue to fight these fraudulent loans but just know, with this company anyone can get a loan in your name without a proper signature. You will not hear a word from them and no investigations will be done as in our case.

The company has not credited my first payment even though it arrived on time. 😡Not good for credit rating. Making phone payments going forward. They need to do better. I should have paid with my credit card.

This company preys on the elderly. They financed solar panels for my 78 year old father over 25 years. This company knew full well that my father would not ever live to pay this contract off. He died 2 years later and now my dad's house is at risk of being sold to pay these predators off. I called them to see what options were available and they said the only option was to pay them off. This debt now falls upon me to pay or I will be homeless. I am very upset. 😡

Sent multiple Emails to a direct contact and to the servicing general inbox to request re-amortization of a loan. Spent multiple hours of total hold time with the call center, who are in the Philippines and apparently have no extension or direct access to anyone in Boca Raton, FL. The last call center agent I spoke with filed a complaint on my behalf regarding this matter as "the only option available to them at this time." So I am still waiting on a response or a phone call...

Five phones calls to discuss an issue with the terms of our finance contract. It was supposedly corrected and re emailed 2x, the initial wrong contract was re-sent. Still waiting to get a corrected copy. Called and gave spouse authorization to discuss and they when they called they are being told the authorization given was for that particular phone call only. Each call needs authorization. Most incompetent thing I have ever heard.

Worst company to ever exist!! They refusing my payoff after confirming my information they deleted the email request and hung up saying they never got the request. Second person acknowledged the email request was sent in but deleted it and is refusing to accept payoff. This is illegal and multiple complaints will be made to the BBB about this disgustingly unprofessional and illegal behavior by lying to a customer and the title company with zero remorse from the unprofessional Indian women who can not be understood even after verifying the information that was asked for several times!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! FRAUD! I will seek legal authority for this. Customer beware!

My bill has shown up 2 to 3 days before it is do. They just blame it on the mail has bin this way since I got the loan. Also they do not but any of your payment towards principle of loan for who know how long. When I called to ask about this. All the guy could say is it's in my contract. I have read my contact over and over and no where in there contact dose it state this. They ay they have it set up with out you knowing. You are going to be paying over double of what your loan is for. No money that I have paid so far has gone to the principle. In my eyes they are taken advantage of people thatbneed work done on their homes. Because they know you have to get it done. Worst financing company I have ever worked with. And I work with other finance companies in my line of work. Wold never recommend this company to anyone or the company I work for.
