My biggest win has been much improved…

My biggest win has been much improved mobility. Last June one friend suggested I apply for a blue badge and another that I used a walking trolley. I did not feel ready for that but knew that the extra weight which had crept on over the previous 4 years was adding to the pain in my arthritic knees. 3 months after joining the programme, with healthy eating plans, resistance training and exercise, I was able to do a 10 km circular walk from Keswick climbing Latrigg. At Christmas I had much more energy to enjoy outings with the grandchildren. In the 8 months since joining, I have lost 19kg ( 3 stone) which is over 20% of my starting weight and feel much healthier. My coach Joe has been fantastic at keeping in touch, answering questions on WhatsApp very quickly, sending encouraging messages regularly and monthly catch up meetings and I have had several Zoom calls with Tristan the physiotherapist who has suggested helpful exercises for my painful joints, watching me do them to check I am doing them properly. I now enjoy going to the gym 3 times a week to do resistance training as well as swimming 40 lengths (1000m) 3 times a week. I'm 79 so age is not a barrier.

We are especially pleased to hear how much more energy you have had to enjoy time with your grandchildren. Moments like that are exactly why we do what we do, and it is fantastic to see you experiencing those wins firsthand.

Losing 19 kg and over 20 percent of your starting weight is an outstanding result, but just as important is how much stronger, healthier, and more capable you are feeling day to day. Building a routine where you are now regularly in the gym, swimming, and staying active shows how sustainable this has become for you.

It is also great to hear how supported you have felt by Joe and Tristan. We place a huge emphasis on being there for our clients, and making sure you feel guided, encouraged, and confident every step of the way.

At 79, you are proving that age is never a barrier when the right structure, support, and mindset are in place. We are incredibly proud to be part of your journey and we are excited to continue supporting you moving forward.

Great strategies for sustainable weight loss

I was given a couple of free courses to set me on my way, 🙏. The structure was great, not too intense but still impactful. Alex is a great speaker. The additional videos from several specialists were excellent, particularly regarding onset of raised blood sugar and insulin resistance, which is where I suffer most.
Key points regarding setting oneself up for success, meal plans and strategies for shopping/cooking for pleasure were perfect. It was great to know that I can contact the team for help when /if required too.

This is no diet club, it is about Sustainable Change

This is no diet club, it is a whole person approach to sustainable weight loss. I’ve been with since 15th December 2025 and have gone from 84 kg to 77kg, I’ve dropped a dress size as well, almost 2. My weight was slowing me down, made feel like I had no energy. I was limited flexibility and would struggle to get off the floor. I am now mentally and physically stronger. I go to the gym 3 times per week to weights train and love it. I have done a lot of work on my negative thoughts, the ones that tell you’ve failed; it will never work. I still go out with friends for food and a drink, enjoy parties and all of life’s special events. Sustainable Change has some many professionals involved, from dieticians, physiotherapists, psychologists, mind coaches, that I have used. I have more confidence in my ability to tackle anything, I have began to recognise my strengths, skills, values, who I am. I have found investing in me has made a huge difference to how I support my loved ones. I would recommend Sustainable Change to anyone, as really does offer everyone the ability to lose weight sustainably, it works with the individual not a one plan fits all. If you are thinking of joining then I would urge you too, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. They support you every step of the way and provide you with tools and strategies to overcome self-doubt, negative inner critic, exercise plans tailored to you, diet plan tailored to you.

I have tried every diet and diet club…

I have tried every diet and diet club under the sun - lost it put it back on. This is the first time in well over 40 years of diets that I feel positive that I will not only lose the weight but maintain the weight I reach. Three weeks in I’ve joined my local leisure centre and swim as many times a week as I can. I have a tailored diet plan which I batch cook so I’ve always got my meals ready and waiting. I am journaling daily and filling out a planner for all my meals that I send my my coach every day. I have a great coach who not only tailors my fitness plan and food but has invaluable advice if I get stuck. I’m due to have a mindset meeting soon and I join Alex’s lives every morning. I have changed my outlook and mindset so much in three short weeks and lost a stone already - it is money well spent to my mind. There is a supportive online community too and all in all I would recommend this programme to any lady over 50 who has struggled with weight and health issues as I have.

I contacted Alex this week and he asked…

I contacted Alex this week and he asked lots of questions about me and I gave my answers. There was no judgement just belief that he could help me move forward, lose weight for me to be more healthy and improve my mental health. He provided several free resources to get me started. I am half way through the metabolic mastery class which is really good at getting me to understanding lots of bits about how to change.

Sustainable Change weight loss programme really works

This 5 * programne of tailored nutrition, exercise and mindset support has enabled me to lose 21kg in just over a year. It has been a game-changer and life-saver as my healthier lifestyle and new habits have been embedded into my daily routine - essential for sustainable weight loss and to maintain the lower weight in the long term. I would not hesitate to recommend the programme - it is the best investment in myself I have ever made. Should have done it years ago. The programme challenges long-held beliefs that getting older means getting fatter and a steady decline into old age and dependency on others. It doesnt have to be that way! Try it for yourself - and no- nobody has paid me to write this review!

My biggest WIN - joining TSD

My weight before joining TSD was gradually increasing with life’s stresses and struggles and also menopause. I was getting larger each year and getting more unhealthy and unhappy. I spotted a post on Facebook about TSD and did a little research into what it was about and how it worked before I committed to yet another weight loss plan. TSD is different, it’s not just about losing weight it’s also about changing your mindset and learning to put yourself first. I slowly started to lose weight eating more food than I ate before joining TSD and gained a love of exercise.
My coach Michelle has been working with me from day one with advice and encouragement. She gives lots of helpful tips and encouragement when you are finding that some days are difficult and seeing no movement on the weight. Her Friday Ramblings are the best!
If you are hesitant about joining TSD I would highly recommend putting yourself first and joining this growing community of friendly people whom are there to help and support you along your journey to a better outlook on life.

I watched 1 of Alex's videos

I watched 1 of Alex's videos on Instagram, I reacted to the post and I had a response within 5 minutes. I needed some motivation for losing some weight and fat from around my mid section. I received several links that have given me the information to motivate me to reach my goals. The tips and links were free! I have watched a few of Alex's videos on YouTube and the resounding tip is weight loss that is sustainable, and improving fitness. I look forward to implementing the tips from the videos. Lost 6 kg (almost a stone) since mid-January

Having put on several kgs over Christmas and felt overweight for several years, I took the plunge and joined Sustainable Change, initially just to lose some weight. Okay, it is not cheap, but when are most things worth pursuing cheap? As Alex, the founder, puts it, you are investing in yourself and making yourself a priority so that you are in the best position to be able to support those around you, including family and friends. However, this is so much more than a weight loss company. Over the last 8 weeks I have felt so supported in achieving my goals, both from my coach, Harry, and all the staff looking after a wide variety of needs, which are tailored to each individual.
Not only do you get a workout and nutritional meal plan based upon your own needs. There are wonderfully thought-provoking Live webinars from the company's founder, Alex, 4 times a week to keep you on track and, where required, access to a psychologist and physiotherapist. The company is well thought out from obvious experience in the industry and all members are encouraged to develop their mindset to ensure that the changes you make in your life (not just weight-wise) are sustainable and lasting. The support network of members is second to none, and encouraged by its founder to be a positive and uplifting community. I have not once regretted my decision to step on board this wonderful journey.

This is my 2nd review

This is my 2nd review, but I wanted to update on my experience. I am nearly 6 months in and when i joined, for many reasons i had hit a low point in my life and my weight, health and sleep habits were at an all time low. However i now sleep without nightmares, almost 7 hrs, huge for me, thanks to Kathryn, a very talented hypnotherapist/counsellor, she is sweeping underneath the rug where i have hidden my life and liberating me! . Michelle my coach gives me incredible support on a daily basis, sorting resistance exercises, recipes, goals, inspiration and encouragement. Always saying just what i need to hear. I have lost over 10kg but do not feel like i am on a diet, i just feel alive again. Tristan the physio is helping my body work through pain and improve mobility. Jess is now helping me as a Mindset genius. Then there is Alex and his morning sessions that help messages to sink in and become reality.
The cost is eye-watering, however I am beginning to feel so differently about my life that i know I am worth it, it can feel a little ‘odd’ when the talk turns to money and at one point i thought there was something a little dodgy. There is not, the professionalism and support is like nothing i have ever experienced before. The whole trajectory of my life is shifting for the better, thanks to SCP

My biggest Win is achieving 4 stone…

My biggest Win is achieving 4 stone weight loss in 13 months and dropping from size 28 to 22 since joining sustainable change programme.
Last year was a turning point, my asthma was uncontrollable, i had chronic back and knee pain and could only walk short distances before having to rest. I was on the slippery slope to dying young.
I came across a Facebook post from sustainable Change whilst scrolling and it was the best decision I’ve made to join. The support I’ve received from Alex, the team and especially my coach Jamie has been phenomenal. It’s not been an easy journey by far but Jamie has always picked me up, dusted me off and encouraged me all the way with suggestions and guidance to help me achieve my potential.
If you want support, guidance by qualified experts, one to one coaching on fitness and nutrition, a supportive Facebook community and a sense of belonging then this is for you. I’ve chosen to prioritise me at last - it’s took me 60 years but I’m getting there!

Game Changer

I have been following the Sustainable Change Program for the last 7 months and it has been a game changer for me. I joined to lose weight but quickly realised that it is about so much more than weight loss. It is truly holistic and through Alex and his amazing team you learn how to become healthier, stronger and fitter in both body and mind, by introducing new habits which become part of your daily life. There are so many resources that are freely available, but the one-to-one coaching is second to none. My coach, Rab, has been with me every step of the way and I couldn’t have achieved what I have (12kg and 60 cm loss) without him. If you are unhappy with how you look and feel, then take the help!

So much more than "just another diet club"

In September 2024 having seen one of Alex's posts on Facebook I decided to join sustainable change. I was 2 months away from my 59th birthday and spinal surgery but made the decision to invest in myself. my physical and mental wellbeing and turn my back on the diet rollercoaster I'd been on for over 40 years.
Is it a cheap programme? No, but paying for diet clubs over the past 40 years has cost a small fortune and had left me heavier than ever.
Have I regretted my decision ? No. I have had access to mental wellbeing coaches, a physio to advice on the correct exercises for me, an extensive support network and most importantly a fantastic coach who has been by my side all the way with phone calls, messages, support, advice and guidance.
The results speak for themselves.... I am now 23 kilos lighter, have lost a total of 125 cm but more importantly I have a healthy relationship with food and have learnt how to love and accept myself for who I am.

Helpful and understanding
