Please remove this is the wrong company I am sorry
I found this company to be warm, genuine and truthful. The content makes a lot of sense. Alex just wants to help people who are suffering.

I can honestly say that the whole experience with Sustainable Change has been transformational. I have always struggled with my self worth around my body image and weight and this programme and company have been so supportive and truly holistic in their approach to supporting my through my weight loss and change of mindset journey.
So far I have not only lost 10kg in weight and lost cms, dropped a dress size, but I have gained confidence, a better way of thinking, a group of like minded and supportive group to help challenge and support me.
The Sustainable Change team have given me 1-2-1 coaching, specialist support from Mindset coaches, Physio, Finance specialists, pyschologists, all of which you can reach out to if and when required.
I have learnt from self development programmes before, but this is a true fit to help support me explore some of the old habits that haven't served me well in the past. I am putting myself first and can truly say that the support has been worth every penny.
The focus is on making things better for not just yourself but your loved ones, through gratitiude, laughter and kindness, helping charities and pushing your comfort zones, you will feel scared but amazing as you realise what yoou can actually do!

I was stuck in a real rut and wanted so much to have the energy to lose weight and be in the right frame of mind too. I would start cutting down on food trying to be healthy on a Monday and sometime last a week but often I would be back to binge eating in a few days. I am so much of a comfort eater and it does seem to have got out of control as I am getting older. After scrolling at the weekend, I came across sustainable change and clicked on a few links, even on a Sunday I received a response. Was sent so much information and videos all for FREE. I have listened to some very useful tips from people that were the same as me, 50+ and going through the menopause. I have not listened or read all the into yet as there is quite a lot. I need to plan my week better and this includes shopping better for nicer healthier meals. Although I have not fully started, I have put in place a few changes already, swapping out toast for breakfast and moving to Weetabix and berries. Small changes but I feel more positive knowing that there is a team to help me succeed. I know it is not going to be easy as I have years of bad habits to overcome and swap out for new ones that I will enjoy, not just ones that are good for me but the ones I know I will look forward to doing.

When I joined in July 2025, I was trapped in a miserable loop with weight loss. I thought that I was fairly fit yet I was the heaviest I'd ever been. I'd slash calories, start 'strong' then the hunger would take over, I'd fall off plan, eat loads, and then I'd be back to the 'I'll start again on Monday' (over and over again). I hated what I saw in the mirror, felt self-conscious in my clothes and avoided photos as much as I could. Menopause and poor sleep just piled on top and the lack of sleep left me feeling drained and more likely to reach for quick fixes. I started to feel like my body was working against me. I didn't want to go down the fat-loss injection route, I just wanted a way forward that worked, that felt healthy, sustainable, and realistic for me and my lifestyle.
I'd seen so many Facebook adverts promising 'quick fixes' and dramatic transformations that I felt completely overwhelmed. I was worried about wasting more time and money on something that wouldn't work. Then Alex's advert came up. Something about it felt more grounded, so I checked his credentials and booked a call. I started with the paid 12-week programme, and by the end I knew I wasn't ready to do it on my own yet so I continued onto the next stage of the paid programme (EPP).
What's changed?
I've lost 7kg so far and dropped a dress size, and for the first time in a long time I actually recognise myself again. That might sound dramatic, but I'd stopped feeling comfortable in my own skin. I look more toned and I'm starting to see muscle definition, which surprises me when I catch myself in the mirror. I've learnt how important protein is and that carbs are not 'bad' - I genuinely need them to support my weight loss and health. I move so much more now, and I'm sleeping much better too. Andy, my coach has given me advice and support to improve my sleep, and its made a real difference to how I feel day-to-day, I genuinely enjoy feeling fitter and stronger.
None of this would have happened without the support of my coach Andy. There were moments, especially during a few tough weight-loss plateaus when I felt deflated, frustrated, and honestly quite scared that this was 'just how it was going to be for me'. I had days when I questioned myself and felt tempted to quit, because that's what I'd always done before. Andy's patience, consistency and kindness helped me zoom out and remember that my journey is mine alone. He reminded me (more than once!) that comparing myself to others only steals the joy and the progress. His belief in me, especially when mine wobbled genuinely stopped me from giving up.
Andy's strength training guidance has been a massive part of my confidence growing. His feedback is detailed (proper cues, technique videos and clear explanations), so I always feel like I know what I should be doing and why it matters, which is huge when you're walking into something that used to intimidate you. He also really listened to me regarding my shoulder issue as I was worried that strength training would make it worse or I'd have to stop altogether, but he adapted exercises so that I can still build strength without aggravating it. He encouraged me to get regular rehab massages, all of this has massively reduced my shoulder pain. I've gone from lifting light weights at home to using a gym and lifting heavier weights, something I never expected to be doing in my 50s and he made that transition feel possible rather than scary. He's also helped me work on my mindset so that, although I joined wanting weight loss, my focus is shifting towards strength goals rather than what the scales say. He's shared so much knowledge about nutrition and how my body works (especially during menopause). I've had personalised nutrition plans that fit my lifestyle (I work full time, so batch cooking suits me) and my food preferences. He shares recipes, checks in regularly and, most importantly, he's been my champion: helping me see my progress, my wins and how far I've actually come.
I also really appreciate how much support is built into the programme beyond the coaching. The live sessions (covering a range of topics such as developing new habits, fat loss, mindset shifts and practical tips) with Alex have helped me stay focused and feel like I'm not doing this alone. At the EPP stage I can also access live/recorded webinars with a range of other professionals such as a psychologist and physiotherapist which adds another layer of reassurance and understanding.
The programme isn't cheap and at the start I did feel some pressure to sign up, first for the 12-week programme and then for EPP. That made me anxious as it is a financial investment and I wanted and needed it to work. But when I look at where I was mentally and physically in July 2025 versus how I feel now I am so pleased that I made the investment in my health.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Gavin and all I have spoken to Alex and so on. The free recourses I was given were highly helpful with a serious ongoing health issue. Just knowing the right approach to eating a proper healthy diet has helped me look at my health issues in a different way and to eat the right amount of foods. All the information I have watched on the videos have been very beneficial and useful and I know now you need to approach dieting with a professional attitude and with professional help, from a proper dietician, dieting can be achieved safely and should be done through professional trained people like Alex and his staff, The wrong help can be very dangerous to your health, it is very important that you get the right recourses. The free recourses I have been given from Alex have made a huge difference to my approach on food and my health, They are very professional and concise, a woman that faces going through the menopause or serious health problems/accident who need dieting as a recourse, they would benefit from these lovely people, these people are very professional and the knowledge they have is very rewarding. I highly recommend them. They have the correct knowledge to help you lose weight safely or the correct resources how to look at your relationship with food. It has given me a different approach on food and the must to do it in a safe way. Having tailored advice is a must.

I found Alex and his company on fb and at first I was sceptical but I wanted to look into it more. I watched some videos by Alex and other women already following the program on Instagram and I loved the positivity and what they said resounded with me. This is not a fad diet! It is a whole way of life that is sustainable for women over the age of 50. I wasn't financially able to access the personalised program where you are given a coach and access to a MDT, but I still reached out and I'm so glad that i did! I had a conversation by text and I was asked lots of questions about my lifestyle and the problems I am facing. In return I felt listened to and I was given lots of links to really great information and videos for FREE. I also started to watch Alex on fb (live Mon - Thurs, 7.30am) for a very positive, information- packed program. Alex is great to wake up to and his personable, positive style is a real boost to the day! I have learnt such alot already, and I've made changes: more protein, more water, more weights and resistance = more muscle mass, more gratitude, more positivity, more movement. This is just a start, and there is so much more I can learn and put into practise because it only works if you do it!

I joined 6 months ago and was skeptical at first but am so glad I did. I have a total new life style this was not just a diet it has changed the way I live and I am so much happier. I was given a coach Scarlet that has been so supportive and I communicate with a few times a week and she provided my meal plans and has changed them for me so I do not get bored. I attend live sessions four mornings a week that keep me motivated and give really useful tips that have allowed me to change things gradually at my own pace. I am waiting for a knee replacement and my mobility was poor but they supported me with a tailor made exercise routine suitable for my ability and I am so much fitter and more mobile now. The cherry on the cake I have gone from a size 26/28 to a size 18 and I feel so much more confident. The support from the inner circle community on face book is phenomenal there are 1000s of people doing the same journey all going by different routes but cheering each other on and picking you up when times a tough. My one regret not finding them sooner but at 57 years old I know I will now be healthier and fitter in my later years.

Ive been on my journey since September 2024, and throughout this time ive been coached by Eoin.
Eoin has guided me with honesty and patience as i met some hiccups along the way, but so far managed to support me in loosing 15kg thus far.
He gives regular checkins and always on the end if the line for a chat so I can sound off or to answer my questions. He always has an answer or the right responce when i feel like im 'failing'
If you get assigned to Coach Eoin, you wont go wrong.

I contacted sustainable change after seeing an advert, and Alex messaged me back. I wasn't able to afford to work with them, but Alex was wonderful- instead of just moving on to the next person, he found out all about me, and then gave me a free course to use on my own to help with my weight loss.
This was invaluable, and I've referred back to this many times since he sent it to me. I can't remember any other company wanting to help everyone whether they have the money to pay or not. Thank you so much Alex, you made a real difference in my life.

Trust the process and you will see changes , this might not be weight but your habits which affect your mindset which subsequently your weight loss.
I was a sceptic and it’s taken me a few months to let go and believe in the process.
Definitely recommend , today is the day to start the change 🤗

Before i joined SCP I had resigned myself to putting up with joint pain and weight gain as a sign of getting older and menopause. I had tried other programmes in the past and achieved weightloss but just gained it all back and some!
I have been working with SCP now for 18 months, in that time I have had the most amazing support from the whole SCP multi disciplinary team. You receive a 1-1 coach when you join initially and I have kept the same coach(Michelle) throughout my time on the programme who is amazing, With her guidance and support I have achieved around 16kg weight loss overall and maintained that in the last 12 months! This programme works!! I am not restricted in any way and my workouts are tailored to me and my goals, not a generic fitness programme.
Even bigger wins on this programme: I have managed to get my thyroid under control and no longer need medication, my chloresterol has finally moved into the normal range after 25 years and my aerobic capacity is excellent. This programme isn't just about weight loss and quick fixes but true sustainable support for a healthy future in both body and mindset.

I very rarely leave reviews, but I have been so happy with my time as Sustainable Change. Like most people on the programme I have tried everything, and nothing worked. I was getting very disheartened and feeling that late middle age was racing towards me and there was nothing I could do about it. I didn’t want to have the injections so that was not an option, so I joined the paid programme (initially 12 weeks) because I wanted to have all the support and accountability. From past experience, I know if I can get away with it I won’t do it, and I have a tendency to feel guilty or beat myself up and then lose motivation. Having a supportive Coach meant I couldn’t do that.
In the first 12 weeks, I lost 9 kg‘s and dropped a very comfortable dress size. I was staggered because I genuinely thought post- menopause that this was not something that I was ever going to be
achieve.
After the 12 weeks, I decided to continue to the next stage because I felt I wasn’t ready to continue alone.
I have found the whole process relatively painless – and less hard work than I thought it would be. my Coach (Phil) is really motivating and encouraging and there are lots of resources and practical tips to get you going and keep you motivated. There is a cost involved, but I think it’s not excessive given how much you can spend on a private coach or an injection- with Sustainable Change you get your Coach, meal plans, motivation and encouragement, as well as the latest research and there is a whole team to support you.
I still want to lose a further 4 kg (I’ve now lost 10 1/2), but I’m really enjoying feeling fitter healthier and stronger, and looking forward to building on that.
If you’re not sure, I would suggest you try with the Facebook free page and see how you get on with that.

Alex’s presentations are soooo motivating and honest, direct and always kind. I re listening to some of the talks to help keep me motivated and focussed. Even better is they gave me this course for free. The other presenters are excellent and relate well to me on all fronts: food, exercise, mental wellbeing and thought processes. Best tip right now: put myself first, tidying the kitchen can be done later. A very empowering way to organise stuff and get things done. Thank you. Helen

It feels like I have been on every diet known to humanity – Lighter Life, Weight Watchers, Cambridge, Atkins, The Fat Flush, intermittent fasting, Fast 800 … you name it. So, after five decades of dieting, I came to Sustainable Change as a jaded know-it-all, sceptical, and expecting to have seen it all before.
But a few days in, I realized that the Sustainable Change program is more than a weight loss program. It is a wellness movement that I believe is on its way to becoming a household name in Ireland, the UK, and beyond.
Founder and CEO Alex Neilan is a visionary, fired by the belief that weight loss is only one part of an integrated, empathetic, science-backed approach to total physical and mental health and fitness. He draws from the power of neurolinguistic programming and builds his (free) live sessions 4 weekday mornings per week on powerful self-help approaches.
I have lost 7kg in my first 10 weeks of a 12-week (paid) 1:1 coaching programme. In the past 10 weeks, I have done work with my coach Andy Molloy to begin retraining my self-beliefs. I have learnt, for example, that one slip does not mean I eat the whole house and then restart the diet again ‘on Monday’.
Andy’s kind and professional coaching is teaching me life skills and how to walk away from catastrophizing, and toward building a future of steady, winning habits. This is why weight loss this time round has felt calmer and more enjoyable, without the trademark fear lingering in the background like it always did before.
The SC online community is at least 102K strong. It seems to be largely made up of women aged 50+ -- leaders in their own right: successful businesswomen, professionals, homemakers, mothers, and grandmothers.
Sustainable Change challenges my generation of women – often invisible to employers, society, the media, and the fashion industry -- to take back their power – to dare to aspire to super fitness, take on arduous physical challenges traditionally reserved for young athletes, build muscle, sleep better, build self-confidence, and generally OWN their lives.
Weight loss, I am learning, is not an obsession with the bathroom scales. It is about thriving at work, confidence on holiday, living long and well to see grandchildren grow up, and all the other good things.
I look forward to updating this review when I’m further along this journey.

I feel I have achieved so much through Sustainable Change.
Prior to embarking on this journey I felt defeated and accepted my poor health and mobility. I had tried everything and resigned myself to not being able to change and making loads of excuses!
In 10 months I have lost over 3 half stone, lost over 100cm, dropped from a size 24 to 16/18 and learned so much around motivation, positive choices. I am beginning to wear the clothes I want and not just those that fit.
Most importantly, when I have plateaued- which I have, I haven’t given up. I have been supported by my coach and the team to dig deep and keep going.
It is expensive, but this is a great motivator too!
I have awarded 4 stars as I have a very busy job and do not take advantage of all the online materials and can’t attend the lives. I wish I could!
