Terrible site. I waited two weeks for a "Doctors approval" when their website states that the approval process takes 24 to 48 hours. Still with no response, I canceled my membership since they will charge you even BEFORE getting the "approval."
The only positive outcome was that I was refunded the full amount within 24 hours. For them, it's all about making the money. If consumers do not follow up, they will be more than happy to take your money with confidence.
