Item damaged because of substandard packaging

Bought Palestine Cola (random I know but important).
Very poor packaging that resulted in loss and damage of individual cans - can missing, can busted and all cola leaked out, and many more so badly dented that opening them was very difficult.
Product itself is good and was enjoyed by many so worth buying just not from here until they sort their packaging out.

Customer service gave false information

I ordered a Samsung S24 Ultra from here after the customer service said the phone was European. I was worried about it being from the Middle East as there were known problems with certain apps not working like Samsung Pay. However when the phone arrived I did a quick check and it was sold in Qatar. I paid £90 more to buy the phone from here because they said it was European and they have just wasted my time as I now need to return and wait for a refund.

Update - I did receive the refund quickly so I've updated the review to 2 stars. They did apologize and say it was an error on their side but I still think it's best to leave the review in case it happens again.

Item arrived as was advised, on time, no damage and to correct address. Product works well and was supplied at a good price.
