Yet again PC Revamp have been brilliant - brought my mobile in first thing this morning as it wasn’t charging properly and despite being fully booked for the day they looked at it and sorted it within the hour. Staff are lovely to deal with and the level of service is amazing - this is definitely a 5 star outfit! Thank you so much - I would have been lost without my phone.

My phone battery had dipped and receiving questionable advice/ service from other more local phone shops, I instead looked for a place and people I could trust.
PC Revamp offers that and much more.
Easy booking service. Timing to suit my plans. Option to do extras (new screen protector in my case). The friendliest welcome. Done on time. Price pre agreed. Looks fab. Works fab.

Recommended by a friend who mentioned PC Revamp run a collection and drop off service from Selby. I filled in the online form, selected a collection date and time and paid in advance. I considered £45 to be a reasonable price for repairing or replacing a damaged charging port. My device was collected between 8 and 9am and returned the same day between 5pm and 6pm. The repaid technician clearly explained what they believed had caused the issue and the work undertaken to resolve. No issues, no hassle and excellent customer service.

Went to the shop to ask if they could look at the charging port on my iPhone as it wasn’t charging correctly. It had something stuck inside it which they removed and didn’t charge me for as it took them five minutes. Fast and polite service.

I took my son’s Nintendo switch in yesterday as the joycon was completely stuck to the console and had rendered it unplayable as it also couldn’t be used. The technician was great, and had managed to remove it within a few minutes, declining any payment.
Would very much recommend and will definitely go back when I need a repair to any of my other tech. Thank you so much, one very happy little boy today!

I use this place all the time and have done for years mainly for repairs to our teenagers devices. Recommended to me by my husband who is a perfectionist and very IT savvy. They have saved us hundreds keeping phones and laptops alive. Good honest people and I wouldnt go anywhere else. A great local business that serves the community

Really friendly team who explained what the problem could be and within a couple of hours had a diagnosis. Unfortunately it was terminal so they helped get a replacement phone fully set up.
The same “no nonsense” approach I’ve come to expect. Great service. Thank you guys.

My daughter dropped her Samsung phone and then it accidently got slightly run over 😬
I booked a pick up online and paid the £10 deposit.
Everything about this experience was excellent - the broken phone got picked up at 9am and delivered to my door all fixed by 6pm!
Having used PC Revamp before I have never been disappointed - they've fixed school iPads, I phones, android phones and laptops. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent staff - very helpful and responsive via text. Dropped the phone off a day early for convenience & they managed to fix it on that day. Great service would highly recommend.

Easy to book, they were happy to rearrange even though I made an error. Really friendly when dropped off to myself and my daughter. And a good job of course.

Took laptop in to upgrade the software to run sky go app. Wasn’t possible due to age of the Mac book (2012). Typical apple product issue, no fault of PC Revamp. Laptop returned with no charge. Staff very professional and friendly. Would recommend.

Initially went to the market to query about phone issue and they pointed me to the exact place I needed!!
Great line of communication, no misunderstandings & an absolutely cracking job!! And cheaper than town (official products like screen repairs included!!)
Do yourselves a favour if you need you devices looking at avoid ALL these little shops in the city centre get up to Badger Hill and let PC Revamp look after your device needs!! I shall return to these guys!!
