Our recent journey from Romania back to the United Kingdom was a very stressful experience. We were travelling with two cats and a dog, and what should have been a long but manageable trip quickly turned into a chain of unexpected problems. We dealt with a lost passport, a vet who made mistakes with deworming, and hotel booking issues that appeared at the worst possible times when my partner and I were already stressed.
Through all of this, Mo was fantastic.
He remained calm, patient and reassuring no matter what was happening around us. He never showed frustration and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he supported us with kindness and steady confidence. His favourite phrase, "There is always a solution", became something we held on to throughout the journey. He helped us stay grounded during moments when we felt overwhelmed.
On the road, we felt completely safe with him. Mo is an excellent driver who manages long distances with ease. He handles border checks, delays and unexpected complications with professionalism and good judgement. Even during the most stressful moments, he carried himself with a sense of calm that made a huge difference to us.
What could have been a nightmare journey became something we could cope with because Mo was there. He looked after us, he looked after our animals and he made sure we always felt supported. His kindness and reliability meant more to us than he probably realises.
We are deeply grateful for everything he did, and we would recommend him and Super Pet Travel without hesitation.

We were very happy with the company helping us relocate the dog from UK to France. The driver was professional, polite and on time.

In one word I can describe the service only as EXCELLENT. I could not have imagined that somebody could be so great in transporting Lilly and myself from Switzerland to the UK. The saying "The client is KING" is lived by these fantastic professionals and I cant enough recommend to use this service.

I have travelled with Super Pet Travel from Geneva in Switzerland to London. Mo picked us up in the morning and already you could see how great and serious this service is by him being super punctual. We had actually more stuff than we thought to bring beside my dog and Mo was extremely helpful with loading the Minivan. He was super friendly from the first moment and it became right away clear that the most important thing for him is to help the client and make them happy.

When we left Geneva it was right away clear that Mo is an amazing driver and he was driving very safely and smoothly all the way. We spent 11 hours together and he is a very pleseant person to talk to which made me feel the drive went by in an instant. Lilly, my dog was sitting next to me and for Mo, beside looking after that I am comfortable it was as important that Lilly is fine. She could feel that he is very experienced with animals and trusted him from the first moment. She was sleeping and I was surprised how relaxed she was given that she did not know him and that it was such a long journey.

When it came to the paper work at the border Mo took care of everything. He knew the fastest and most efficient way to get to the custom controller. It took us literally not more than 5 minutes thanks to his knowledge and experience.

When we arrived in London after the drive Mo did not hesitate a second to help me to unload the car. He was again super quick and helpful and kept his good mood and positive energy that he had the whole trip up.

I can only recommend this service and cant tell enough how grateful I am for the safe and efficient transport of Lilly and myself. It was excellent from the first until the last moment and I will use only this service going forward.

Super Pet Travel were absolutely amazing and I can't recommend them enough. They took me and my two cats from West London to Geneva. It was a long journey and both me and the cats were rather nervous. Mo amd Rozh were very reassuring and helpful. Mo was punctual, polite and super friendly. The vehicle was very big and comfortable and we were able to bring some kitty luggage with us. Mo was also helpful when taking the kitties through Calais.

If you're planning to travel with your pets you should definitely use Super Pet Travel. We will absolutely use them again if we need to make another move.

NB if you're taking cats with you I'd recommend using a fabric dog kennel. We got a medium one for each of our cats and were able to put a litter tray in with them. Got them from Pets at Home.

Fantastic service from lovely people who love our doggies and who provide live location and regular updates so you know your baby is safe and well. Highly recommend

My mum, her cat and I were picked up in Paris and driven to London. The trip was comfortable and very pleasant, so much so that I intend to use Super Pet Travel to bring my mum and her cat back to France. I highly recommend Super Pet Travel.

Super Pet Travel made it easy to transport a kitten from Kent to north Cumbria. Communication was fabulous through WhatsApp. Mohammed the driver was lovely and I could even see his progress on a map.

6-star service! Absolutely professional and willing to help even on a last minute call. Mohammed is an absolute star, he did the impossible. My pets were taken care of and there was plenty of space for myself and all my luggage.

It was our first time taking our small dog Rocco abroad, I did some research and found it all a bit complicated, I then found Super Pet Travel, I called and spoke with Mohammed the owner he walked us through every step taking the pressure off. We arrived in Folkestone to be met by one of his drivers Lando who drove us to the Chanel Tunnel and handled all our paper work at customs and at the pet terminal. Then we were on the train on our way to Calais once off the Tunnel he dropped us off at the train station and our European tour started and we were off on a journey of a lifetime, 47 nights travelling by trains and Mohammed kept in touch checking everything was OK and he repeated the experience again when we arrived back in Calais.

They helped transport a client’s dog from the UK to Portugal, and although I faced unexpected issues with my vet regarding the AHC, they immediately stepped in and found a solution for me. Their support truly went above and beyond — they guided me through the whole process and made everything so much easier.

Throughout the journey, I received live updates, photos of the dog, and regular reassurance that everything was going smoothly. It gave me such peace of mind to know he was in safe and caring hands.

I worked with Super Pet Travel when I was relocating my new puppy Mochi from the US to the UK. I booked a flight from the US to Paris (CDG), and then Super Pet Travel coordinated my pet taxi from Paris to London. The booking process was easy, and the company responded to all of my questions. My driver, Tariq, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the border crossing/LeShuttle process. Our ride went very smoothly, and both Mochi and I were very happy with it! I will definitely work with Super Pet Travel again in the future.

Super Pet Travel took us and our cats from Leeds to Poland. Their service was outstanding. We contacted Rozh, who was incredibly helpful and happy to answer our many questions in a lot of detail. He was extremely polite and gave us all the time and support we needed. Mo drove us in a lovely spacious vehicle with plenty of room for us, the cats and lots of luggage. He was kind and considerate, friendly and a pleasure to be with. Although we didn't have any difficulties on the journey, we felt Mo would have sorted anything out. He drove extremely well and we made it to Poland in great time. If you are thinking of transporting your pets, I would strongly recommend Super Pet Travel. We would certainly use them again.

We had a truly wonderful experience with Mo from Super Pet Travel on both of our recent trips between London and Paris (July and August). He was incredibly friendly, personable, and professional throughout. Communication was excellent, Mo kept me frequently updated with photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind. He was also very helpful and organised, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Reliable and responsive
We had to jump through so many hoops to get our dog from Singapore to the UK. It was really stressful but using this company for the last leg (Calais to Folkestone) made the last stretch easy. Rozh was super quick to reply to emails, talk to me on the phone, and help me get things settled quickly. The cost is more than reasonable, but note that they have to also add on the cost of the LeShuttle tickets, so book as early as you can. As Rozh advised we got the amendable tickets, and what do you know, we ended up having to amend them, which Rozh did for me at very short notice. With three of us travelling and a dog and suitcases, this service was what we needed. Tariq picked us up by the restaurant we were eating at in Calais, bang on time, and knew exactly how to get up through immigration and customs as quickly as possible. Then in Folkestone he dropped us off at the address we wanted. It was really quick and straightforward. I would definitely recommend these guys.

This is a review about a little bird called Flakey, and his experience from travelling from Glasgow to Geneva with his human, and many other helpful humans, such as his vet (oh no!), and Rozh and Mo from Super Pet Travel :D

Flakey, a northern bobwhite quail, is well loved by his human. Unfortunately due to rules that are made up by other humans who take themselves a bit too seriously, he is considered as poultry, setting him aside from common pet birds, and categorise him along other species, like chickens, geese and ducks, that are for humans, typically meant for egg and meat production and not for keeping as pets.

There's nothing wrong with being a pet poultry, of course, but it does make Flakey’s travel significantly harder, as nobody knows how to, or dares to handle him.

This is where Flakey’s human contacted Rozh from Super Pet Travel, and started a weeks-long adventure on problem solving, research into import law and zoology, and mutual despair over the silliness of human laws. But Rozh was supportive, helpful and understanding, giving Flakey’s human her motivation, plenty of sound advice and did much of the paperwork. Flakey may not understand this fully, but her human deeply appreciates Rozh’s help and understanding in this tricky and novel situation over many phone calls.

Finally, after much stress, too many paperworks for anyone to care and not enough seeds, Flakey embarked on a long car journey from his doorsteps. He was greeted by Mo from Super Pet Travel, and he was in very good hands. The car ride was long and tiring for Flakey, but it was made so much easier with Mo’s humour, knowledge, and general chill vibes. Under Mo’s care, Flakey crossed the channel in a ferry, spent the night in France, and made it to Geneva today, thanks to Mo’s attentive planning, calm and flexibility. Mo’s humorous attitude even encouraged Flakey to speak up (loudly) on certain matters when Mo chatted with Flakey’s human, which Mo happily acknowledges, and his human is slightly embarrassed about.

Flakey’s human, returning to first person, firmly recommend anybody who wishes to travel with their pets to get in touch with the lovely folks from Super Pet Travel. These are some of the best people I’ve contacted from many pet travel agencies across the UK and EU when trying to sort out Flakey’s travel, and they’ve been nothing but kind, supportive, and professional.
