Absolutely amazing company! Mohammed went over and above for my two guinea pigs who had travelled from the Finland to the UK. He went over an above when I had issues with an international transfer I asked Mohammed if he could withdraw the money if I sent it and he helped me out of a very difficult situation.

He is very trustworthy, and runs an honest respectable company. I could not recommend him and super pet travel enough!

Mo was fantastic - exactly the right level of communicative, instantly bonded with my dog Ralph and genuinely cared for him. He was super efficient but safe with the travel and helped me enormously with making my move so much smoother. Ralph and me were genuinely sad to say goodbye to Mo! Would use again 100%. Could not recommend enough.

I found Super Pet Travel online and the reviews looked good, but I was still nervous because of all the pet taxi scams out there. however from the very first email, their response was quick and professional. They answered all my questions about travel route and travel documents.

Before the trip, they kept in touch and even connected me with Mo directly. On the day of travel, Mo arrived punctually to pick us up. The vehicle was clean, well-ventilated, and have plenty of room for our luggages. Our pet was calm throughout the whole journey – no stress, no issues.

The whole process was smooth and reassuring. I will definitely use this pet taxi service again and highly recommend to anyone need pet transport and relocation service .

From the first contact, Mo and his team were quick, efficient and clear with pricing and what documentation was needed. He contacted me ahead of time, shared his location on the day and the meeting at Paris Orly was very easy. We arrived in London 2 hours ahead of schedule. We will be using the team again.

We had a great experience with Mohammed and Rozh. After a long international flight, Mo communicated with us proactively and picked us up at the Paris airport. The boarder controls went smoothly and we arrived at home in London safely with our two cats. Price is pretty reasonable compared to other quotes we received and having in mind we were together driving for about five hours. Definitely recommend Super Pet Travel and would book it again if needed. Thanks!

We travelled from Portugal to London with our 2 dogs . Mo picked us up in Paris and the journey was seamless. The car was very comfortable and our dogs were very happy. Mo was kind and friendly and I would highly recommend this service.

Mo and team were exceptional! Not only were they quick and responsive but also reasonably priced considering other quotes received. We made the move from the US and so happy to have used Super Pet Travel, if we need to move our cat again out of the UK we will definitely use their services again.

Fantastic experience with Super Pet Travel who transported our miniature poodle from Kent to Merseyside when I couldn’t due to work. Booked less than 2 days in advance, great communication during booking process and competitive/fair price. They set up a what’s app group the night before including their admin team, driver, me and my mother (who was taking custody of our pet). The driver (Hashmat) turned up on time and was very friendly/polite and clearly a lover of dogs - we felt our fluffy baby was in safe hands!
