Quick reply to my email with friendly advice giving me confidence.
I received a receipt with a reference number immediately after payment. The company I had purchased from had not confirmed my order and not responded to my messages.
I contacted super payments in desperation as I was concerned my money had gone to a dodgy company!!
Although it was out of their control they guided me with the best way forward and offered help should I need it. Fortunately the company have responded and we are back on the right track.

Sneaky company, doesn’t let you leave, and pushes you to buy more
Sneakily gets you to sign up to their service during checkout, then makes it difficult to cancel your sneakily set up account.
If you can’t get users to sign up transparently and leave easily if they want to it doesn’t bode well for a trustworthy company.
Also, your cash back only lasts a few weeks so you’re basically being pushed to keep buying before it runs out.

Fantastic customer service
I had an issue with a payment not processing and the funds being deducted. These computer errors can happen. I was extremely pleased with how the Super customer services team dealt with my issue.

I have been looking for a hedge trimmer for 2 weeks and most companies prices where not the final price plus most wanted a stupid money for delivery.I was put of buying a hedge strimmer until this company popt up on my phone today they made it a pleasant and straight forward transaction.

Have saved so much money going through Super payments, just add your mobile number at check out in the super payments section, you will get a code then the savings will come off of the balance to pay and then more credits awarded on that order for your next purchase. Not able to claim the reward
I followed everything steps but still not able to redeem the reward in the next purchase. Tried to delete the account but it won’t be deleted for 29 days, and it is still getting all the information and bank details on my phone. Super cheeky.
