I ordered things that were on their website, but not actually available. They emailed back and forth with me until we had it resolved and shipped faster because of delays, without charging me extra.

Horrible Service

Ordered 2 controllers and a Lighting strip from the Company. The strip arrived with dead LED's in the strip, and when I contacted customer support they first told me I must have been mistaken, and then when I provided photographs they immediately accused me of mishandling and installing it incorrectly.

Their product, customer service, and pricing is disappointing. Glad I paid 180$ CAD for 2 controllers and a Strip of SK6812 that I can't use.

Avoid this company.

Sorry to bring you a bad experience, since your project requires specific wiring, the LED strips are damaged due to wrong wiring when you operating, we have provided some solutions, but you are not satisfied, if you can pay some Shipping fee, we accept to send new replacement parts to you, for these smart programmable LED strips, we recommend you to learn how to wire before installing, we still hope that we can keep more communication to understand each product performance, sorry to give you inconvenience

Couldn't have been better

SuperLightingLED was incredible from start to finish on my order!!

I was searching for an IP68 rated individually addressable LED strip to use for accent and holiday lights on my house. I first used the chat feature on their website to ask some questions. They answered my questions quickly and accurately every time. I then placed my order, and the next day they wrote me an email notifying me that the LED controller that I selected was not compatible with my LED strip. I was so appreciative that they scrutinized my order before shipping it all the way to the US!

Once we agreed upon a correct controller, they shipped my order out and I received it really fast. Keep in mind this was shipped all the way to the US, and this was in the middle of all of the supply chain issues the world is experiencing right now. Very impressive!

The box was packed nicely, and they had even already hooked up the LED strip, controller and power supply. So all I had to do was plug it into the wall!

I should note that I ordered a custom 9 meter long strip from them with an IP68 rating. IP68 means that they fill a silicone tube with some kind of clear epoxy. And it is super clear. You can't even tell that the epoxy is there. I am confident that these will last for many years on the front of my house.

If I could give them a zero, I WOULD! The company is located in China so getting the item took forever. Once received, the item sent was not the item I ordered. I even inquired about the time it was taking to get it and they said, "we are customizing the order for you" and to be patient. When the order came, there was nothing that could have been customized. Now they want me to spend $90 to return the package before they will issue a refund. They knew I wouldn't return them since the order was $137.00 to begin with. This company is a scam do not order from them.

We did not deceive you. The reason for the product difference is that the model you ordered has been upgraded. The previous physical button has been cancelled and replaced by a separate switch cable. After you paid for the order, we tried to send a notification to You, but there is no reply. After the communication, we have refunded you in full, and you do not need to return the goods you received.
We have updated the website image and emphasized that the product has no buttons.

One item of my order failed to arrive, long, frustrating, and fruitless aftermath

One item of my order failed to arrive. After multiple emails on my part they claimed the item was not in production anymore, and I got a replacement offer. The replacement product was OK, but then they proceeded to charge me for the difference in cost and additional shipping costs. After I made clear this was not acceptable they made an offer for a substandard product (not acceptable again), after which, miraculously, the original product was in production again and could be sent after all. 17track now informs me that this product has been delivered to me about a week ago, however I have not received anything. Bad experience, I would advice anyone to look for another vendor.

When we received your order, the 2,000Hz V1-K dimmer you ordered was unable to be produced due to the shortage of global chips and was forced to stop production. Therefore, after your consent, we sent all your goods through 2 packages. After waiting for 1 month, we received the latest notification from the purchasing department that the chips of this product have been purchased, so we produced them and sent the last 3 dimmers to you through USPS, but your feedback info says you didn’t receive them. We don’t know why. The tracking number shows that you have signed for it, and we have been communicating through SUPPORT emails. I think there are some misunderstandings between us. If you Lost this package, please reply to our email, we will send you a new replacement again;

No response to emails and no refund

Ordered 2 LED drivers. Took them 5 weeks to inform me that they were no longer manufactured and could not supply them (3 months on they are still selling the same item on their web site (DMX-50-500-1750-F1P1) ). I asked for a refund and they did not reply or send me a refund. Tried contacting them by email and directly on their web site 4 times and got no reply and no refund. I had to raise a complaint and request a refund through PayPal. A week and a half later I finally got a refund. Not a good company to deal with. If I had not been able to go through PayPal for the refund I probably would have had to write off £63. Dishonest company, would not recommend and will never use again.
