Quality products and great customer service

I’m very glad I found Super Lighting LED. As a Project Manager who oversees events and conventions in Las Vegas, I rely on quality lighting products to meet my clients’ expectations, and Super Lighting LED has consistently delivered.

Their products are high quality, reasonably priced, and backed by excellent customer service. The team has been extremely helpful in ensuring that the items I order are compatible with my project requirements, which has saved me both time and hassle.

Although they are based in China, they are very responsive and communicate well. Just keep the time difference in mind when reaching out. Shipping has also been impressively fast.

Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer and look forward to purchasing more products from them in the future. They offer solutions for nearly any lighting project that comes my way, making them a valuable supplier for my business.

Violet is amazing!

Tl,dr. Loved the responsiveness of customer service. I only had opportunity to discuss with Violet. She was very prompt, kind, and professional.

After doing some online research, I decided to try this company out for a behind-the-tv light setup.

Long story short, there was a component delay (which I am not surprised about considering world events). However, I was pleasantly surprised by my communication with Violet. She even helped me make a modification to the order as it hadn't started production yet (changing the adhesive backing).

For me, dealing with a company that provides a human connection is major bonus points. Even though I do not expect my product for a few weeks, I am very happy with my interactions with this company this far.

Good support

They went out of stock of a product I ordered, but sent me an email letting me know, and allowed me to substitute a similar product. Untrustworthy Merchant

A couple years ago a left a review on one of their products mentioning its poor quality. I recently noticed they rewrote my review to say something different then what I originally wrote. Don't trust the reviews on superlightingled.com.

From our records, it appears that the product may have been damaged during cutting, and there may have been issues with reconnection or handling on your end, which led to the product not working as expected. We understand how frustrating that must have been.

* Regarding your concern about the review being rewritten – please allow me to clarify. Our official website uses a review system managed by a third‑party U.S. company. We do not have the ability to edit or rewrite customer reviews. However, if you feel your original review was changed, I would like to look into this personally. We would like to make things right for you. Please let us know which of the following solutions works best for you:
Option 1 – Partial Refund:
We issue a 50% refund for the affected product(s)

We will customize and send you a new product at no charge, cut to your exact required length

Return the product to us (shipping at your cost), and we will issue a full refund

Things seem to be going well with the company. Their customer service seems good, but unfortunately I am still waiting on my package to be delivered to me.

An Update on my past review:

Everything went will I received my package in the mail and the shipping of the package came earlier than I expected it to be. And the package was delivered to me.

Here in Mexico...

Here in Mexico, creative lighting solutions can be difficult especially here I Chapala. Ok, the big cities have specialists but not very good web presence.
Super lighting walked me through unfamiliar territory AND confirmed that Mexico was no problem. I was expecting a big shipping bill, but at the end it was very reasonable. The overall cost was likely less than if I'd gone to Guadalajara or Mexico city. No chance! Perfect 🐕‍🦺

Super lighting LED has one of the best…

Super lighting LED has one of the best customer service departments of any company I have ever dealt with. Not being real familiar with LEDs my first two orders were flagged by the company and they immediately sent me an email saying they would like for me to verify the orders because they would not work together. After I reviewed my orders I found that they were correct and they wouldn't work together. I canceled those two orders and made the correct order and everything was received on time and worked flawlessly. Had it not been for some extremely good customer service people I would have had a miserable time trying to do what I thought I was doing. Their response time is almost immediate to your emails and they could not be more helpful. All my LED orders from now on will be through super lighting LED.

Violet worked with me diligently to get the right piece for a unique project. They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed based on my specific project. help like that is hard to find and she went above and beyond. Great company and great support. Customer for life

Demal, muy mal

Delivery times are never met. There is always something missing, and in the end they ask you to replace it with another model. Forget about warranty support — it practically doesn’t exist. Whatever arrives defective, you end up having to absorb the loss yourself.

1. Order confirmation and production timeline
Your order was placed on 2026-03-13. Before we began production, we reached out to you via email to inform you that the production for the Underwater IP68 FSLCOB-24V-384X20 would take approximately 3–4 business days (transit time not included), and we asked for your confirmation to proceed. We did receive your confirmation and then started production accordingly.

2. Delay due to customization for long runs
I understand that the delay was disappointing. However, for longer runs such as the 65.6Ft (20 meters) Underwater IP68 FSLCOB-24V-384X20 you ordered, we had to customize the product specifically for you. Please understand that IP68 waterproofing requires additional processes and time compared to IP20 LED strips, which naturally extends the production timeline.

3. Delivery and product issues
I acknowledge that delivery times have not been consistent, and for that, I sincerely apologize. We are actively working to improve our lead time estimates and communication.

4. Model replacement requests
If we ever asked you to replace with another model, it was likely due to stock or production constraints at the time. That said, I understand how frustrating that can be, and we should have communicated better with you.
