Reliable and great for customization.

I've been ordering from SuperLightingLED for the past two years. They always deliver materials on time and to spec. I've customized nearly every order, and their customization is always correct and very affordable. Their website is very difficult to navigate, but if you email them they respond very quickly.

I haven't had any failure issues so far. Although we typically use these for shorter term installations for scenic lighting

Five Star Company

This company always does a great job. Packages are always packed well, zero damage upon arrival. All shipments are prompt. I always trust that I will get what I ordered quickly.

No refund, broken promises

I worked with SuperlightingLED on a project. I used their in house soldering srrvice as I had continually had issues with soldering I did myself. After installing the light strips that the company had made for me I found that many did not work out of the box and a few even fell apart during their first use.

I spoke with SuperLightingLED a out ehat the issue could have been and they wanted video, pictures, etc. So that their "engineer" could determine the problem. After about 2 months of back and forth SuperLightingLED told me I should just do my own soldering.

I then asked for a refund which was never issued. I have sank a lot of koeny into this companies products and maybe that was my own shunk cost fallacy getting the better of me. However, me and my plumber friend were able to home solder better than this company and we were able to figure out our own issues.

As of now I have not been refunded the price of the project nor the cost of the soldering service that failed almost out of the box.

Our suggestion to check the first non-functioning piece was intended to help diagnose whether the issue was localized—in which case a simple re-solder could restore function—rather than a full product failure.

Great DIY Support

SLL helped me pick the right products for my DIY project, which looked so great all finished that I decided to expand the lighting area. The "warm white" was exactly what I wanted. When I came back to make another purchase, they were very quickly communicative about an out of stock item and helpfully gave me many options for how to proceed.

SuperlightingLED customer support was…

SuperlightingLED customer support was very helpful, patient, and prompt! While I did have a lot of detailed questions for my application and it did require multiple emails to get everything answered, I do realize the challenges of communicating through email and likely second language English with their expert Chinese support personnel. Patience paid off and I am very satisfied with the knowledge I gained from their support folks and their website AND I am very satisfied with the product I received!

Great service, hard to compare options.

The company representatives were very helpful in guiding me and answering my questions! The only downside I had in using the website was because of the overwhelming amount of products, and the inability to save/favorite any of them for easy comparison or future reference.

Odd situation but in the end, all good

I had to make a specific order for some ip67 rated led strip and diffuser to assemble myself. The communication was clear and quick and went well.

Once I got the invoice, our company paid it full, but we were told that about 55€ was missing.

Were did these 55€ went? I don't know but after a lot of back and forth of us asking "well what happened then because we got debited" and them answering "please pay", I tried to simply cancel the order.

I thought that would be the end of it but I received their answer that they will in fact send the product even with this minor issue. Couple of weeks later, I received everything I ordered, it was very well packed and everything works as intended. Odd situation but in the end, all good
