there was no directions that came with package i think it should have been included. otherwise i think the company is great will let you know if grass does not grow,
I was disappointed to see this as scrawny and didn't live up to the ad showing how hair and other debris would get right into the brush and could be easily removed from the brush.

Looks great
The product seems to be of good quality and looks /feels great. The reason for the rating is that it is smaller than it appeared on the advertisement that I saw. It is going to be perfect for my trip next month since I am flying and this will be exactly the size needed.

How can you rate a service when the product that was ordered over 2 weeks ago has not arrived. Your ads should note how long it will take to be delivered. You don't have any trouble receiving payment immediately.

It took along time to get it
It took along time to get it. Also instruction should be included in the product. I got the collar and the pendant. Not sure if I have it together properly.

I have received the product but it’s not working. Is there anything special that I need to do to make it work. Lighter fluid? Butane, etc. it didn’t come with instructions just a email to customer service. Please let me know. Thank You

So far so good
The product arrived fairly quickly and is quick to implement. So far so good as far as no ticks but it's been a very cold spring here so the ticks aren't out in full force yet.
