Super easy to understand, reliable service, stable connection (aside from 7 days to die being a demanding, buggy mess, but that's no fault of supercraft), full control over what you do with your own server. Greatly recommend to anyone who was in the position I was looking for a server that would be up 24/7 and unable to host themselves.

Contacted support about an issue with the server being off. Super quick reply from support and a quick chat made me realise that my haste had caused the problem and I had not waited long enough for the install to complete. Some quick button presses later and Im all sorted. Stella stuff as usual.

Fast setup, incredibly low ping, easy to configure and stable.

The customer support was on top of whatever problem i had and kept themselves in the loop until my problems were resolved.
I really got nothing bad to say at all.

Absolutely amazing team. Had an issue (well one issue that turned into three) and got it all solved. DxWo and Immortals were both very informative, very helpful and for such a small team they were speedy and absolutely efficient.

Very easy to setup. Great price for the amount of RAM and users. Only downside is the CPU is not quite fast enough and the zombies are laggy.

The web interface is very bad. I setup my server using FTP and the web interface was pretty much useless after that.

I wanted to run mods and overhauls. Took about 2 days for me to get it working, but I'm not experienced at any of this and 7d2d is a bit technical with lots of steps and hoops to jump through. CS did reply to my requests and issues which did give me tips on steps needed. Still can't get RWG maps to upload and run. Overall I'm happy with a good server for $1 a day

The absolute easiest 7 Days to Die server setup ever. Prefer over many others I've tried. Prices are reasonable too.

Being able for myself and friends to access whenever we have time.

While I do like the price of the server, I often notice that there is a lot of stuttering occuring and it's not that bad most of the time. 90% of the time it is solid, but that 10% is usually the difference between surviving a difficult situation and a lost bag.

It was really easy to set up the server, everything just works. Also, the price is so much better than I thought it would be. Great work, and thanks.

Immortal literally is the best support I seen for these hosts, he even did stuff that was not required from his job and was really helpful

It's super easy to install mods, have no trouble navigating the website. User friendly

Everything is good, but when we are playing in 3 people on server plan M, where is written that is good for 5 people, we all have lags. I don't know where is the problem but Mr from support told that he will look at it, so we will see.

Absolutely superb support from a small but caring team of experts. Typical ticket response is phenomenal with replies within hours. Much better than most bigger companies that charge extra for such quick ticket replies. They are also extremely accommodating to try and fix any issues and answer any questions. On top of this their server costs are incredibly good and include humungous disk and ram amounts for each size of server you can order. With their additional gui support for uploading mods and full ftp server support you will be hard pressed to find a better supplier. Oh and the pings are damned good too! Do yourself a favour, use this supplier right now.

Any problem or question I had the staff answered and got back to me within minutes. The servers run smoothly and without issues.

Their how-to guides suck. LOTS of errors, typos, and bad grammar. There is one bad guide, screenshots which don't match the guide, another crappy guide, a useless video, etc. None of which match each other. We struggled for a week to upload a random world generated map from PC to theit server. Tech support for Medium level tier subscription was snobby, instead of clearly explaining what the issue was, kept sayong we did not follow the guide. But following the guide does not get you anywhere. I pointed out to their tech support the issue with their howto guide which must be addressed for the benefit of customers and to eliminate me needing tech support to begin with, but they were not impressed, did not press for specifics, and I did not feel like they care to address it.
