Very quick turnaround and delivery. The item, although well packaged was slightly damaged in transit. Customer service in respect to this was absolutely first rate. A replacement was sent straight away and the damaged item picked up and returned.
The item was a Ninja air frier and the price was £60 less than other sites. Highly recommended.

Initially sceptical, but everything went great!

I am deeply impressed with customer service. My machine had a manufacturing fault. I tried calling and received a message to email. I was worried. But I got an immediate response with practical advice to troubleshoot. Then, when it was clear that the machine had to go back, I got a return label and instructions. I was offered a refund but chose a replacement which came immediately after and works great.

Ordered a socket set as a Christmas gift on Monday, it arrived Tuesday! The day before Xmas eve. Very efficient. Good value too, just about the cheapest price for this particular set.

They used DHL as a courier which is favourable.

I was dubious but it was legitimate!
I don’t often write reviews but for anyone else wondering if this is legit, I just bought a Joie pushchair as the price was amazing however I wasn’t sure if I’d ever receive it. Well within two days it arrived and is very much legitimate. Very happy as the price was the cheapest I’d ever seen (hence the concern) so I have an absolute bargain!

Incredibly Good Service
Incredibly good service and excellent prices. Bought a car seat and was a bit nervous, but having been let down by another supplier and running out of time I just took a chance on Sunvis and I'm very glad I did.

Fast delivery
I ordered a Wi-Fi range extender from Sunvisstore ( as do try to support British business's when I can ) It was also competitively priced, Ordered on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday so I'm very pleased with the service I received.

I received my Eufy S340 solar powered security camera today - 3 days after order.
Camera nicely packaged and the DPD tracking was tip top.
