Fantastic customer service, really well thought out and personal response to an issue I had with my order and a great resolve, would definitely recommend buying from them.

My robe is amazing quality and fabulous for keeping warm and dry for the rainy dog walks.

My partner ordered me one for Christmas and I absolutely loved it, other brands of similar coats have bold of camouflage colours which I’m not really into, I’m more of a Pastel/neutral colour person, so the sage green colour was perfect for me, the coats are very snug very, very roomy and great, and exactly what I wanted, they weather the gloomy British weather very well and it’s soon become my staple dog walking coat and I love it! I can’t wait to see what colours come out next and I’ll be sure to be buying one for the Cornwall summers :) Kate was fantastic at communicating also. I wish this company all the best they fully deserve it!

Today at the sun sup to had a look on various supplements to boost my training/recovery so got some stuff from them. But straight after that locked myself out off car with my keys in the boot so I asked them if they could help me. Gentleman over the counter offer me a lift home to collect my spare key so I got saved and just made it to work on time. I just wanted to say Thank you very much for the help and I be back for more :)

I'm so thrilled with this changing robe! The colour is beautiful (I ordered the mint), the lining is so soft and the jacket is light whilst still being very warm. The embellishments are stylish looking and the hood is small so won't blow down in the wind.

Before purchasing from Sunsup I had just returned another robe from another website in the same price range and im glad I did as this is much better quality.

I am obsessed with my new changing robe.. I bought it for cold water swimming but have been wearing on the school run and it’s been a life saver with the icy/snowy weather! Great colour too

Had no issues with ordering or delivery dates. Love the product (dry robe) so much. Well made, lovely colour and good fit ( not ridiculously oversized). Overall excellent product and service.

Received a medium coat for Xmas but with being a size 10 and only 5 foot 4 it felt a bit too oversized.
I messaged the company that got straight back to me on Boxing Day. They were very helpful!
I loved the coat so much I decide to gift to a family member and order a Small to see if it felt better.
Delivery arrived quick and the small is much better for me. I love it.
We now have the green and the sand colour in the family and they are both amazing!
I only wanted the coat to keep warm when out and about and it certainly does that!
