I have not even set this pool up yet but it all looks fine , everything is there and can't wait for the weather to warm up a bit then I will fill it up and enjoy

Friendly service and quick responses - had an issue with the website when trying to purchase but used their ‘chat online’ function and the issue was sorted in 15 minutes

Absolutely delighted with the pool and the grandchildren love it well worth the money, only downside was the delivery, the delivery driver said it had been in their warehouse a few days and no one wanted to take it on, so much for next day delivery other that that the pool is brilliant.

Delivery time was awful and mislead to believe it would arrive sooner than it would. They also sold us a heater that needed extra parts and didn’t share this with us until we found out we couldn’t actually install it!

Service was good at the beginning. The pool was due in on a Monday but I heard nothing. When I contacted them they always came back promptly. I was advised on Thursday that it had been collected by delivery company. It was on next day delivery but they would contact me when it was out for delivery. On the Friday morning I got an email saying it was out for delivery that day. I did phone Tuffnells and ask for a delivery window but they don't do that. I phoned the Tuffnells at 5.30pm to be told they deliver up to 6pm. No delivery. Phone at 6.10 but the office is closed. I emailed Sunshine Pools Monday morning got a quick response say they would chase it. Emailed again got another quick response telling me they would chase it. Phoned Tuffnells who would now not talk to me but told me to contact the sender. I re emailed Sunshine Pools at 4.30pm but as of this 6.30 evening no response of any kind as to when I might get my delivery. It is no good replying saying you will chase it and not doing it. And now they ask for a review!!!!

Part 2
Now Thursday 6 days after I was told it was being delivered. Still no pool. They do not know where it is. I have now asked for a full refund. Which they will not give to me because they dont know where there pool is !!!! Hence down to 1 Star.

Great pool, lovely and big, and very sturdy. As instructed, must be put up on complete, level ground. fab. Easy to purchase and arrived on time. Would definitely recommend.

Really great service, goods turned up on time and pool I brought was just what we wanted.

Helpful on the phone regarding stock and delivery estimate. Website stock indication accurate. Parcel was despatched and delivered faster than expected. Left in convenient place despite us being out at the time. Can recommend.

Sunshine Pools were very helpful and friendly. The website is full of information you need to set your pool up
The pool size we purchased was 16ft by 10ft rectangle it fits on our patio. Very straightforward to put together. It was worth the money it has entertained our sons constantly throughout summer. My youngest is 7 and he can easily stand up in it safely.
We did buy mats to put down over patio which helps not feel every crack underneath.

I wanted to buy from the UK to support our business esp given the current COVID induced situation. I thought this would be a smaller quieter company and therefore customer service would be good and I would repeat buy.
My initial phonecall to discuss my needs was helpful.
I then ordered, well tried to order and was greeted with, no they are all out of stock. Having spent hours looking at the website this was, I felt, innacurate. I pursued the purchase and got an apology from the sales person, I was in fact better informed than the sales department. I was told it would arrive within the correct slot, 7 days, it did not. The chemicals arrived promptly. 3 days out of the slot, the pool arrived. I called sunshine and had asked where the pool was, the lady on the phone said, no they are all out of stock. Again I pursued what I believed was right from the information I had on the website. She repeatedly said no they were all out of stock, she was rude and patronising. After the 3rd insulting comment from her and my 3rd request to check, she alarmingly found out I was right. She apologised and chased the warehouse for my delivery. She said,
"we dont really know about whats in stock or whats coming in, we sell so many of these things Ive got no idea." She then gave me her name and asked me to call if it didnt come in by the next day. It did come.in however in the meantime I chdcked he website and was appalled to see the pool, which had not yet arrived, had reduced by £200. I am not sure this is illegal but it is dishonest and examples the factory like process this company runs by. I emailed a complaint and heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement. I emailed again today, with the additional information that the chemicals, which were stored in appropriate vesicles, had spilt over eveything inside the box and also my carpet. I got an immediate response asking for my order number claiming they could not find my email details.......
If you want to buy a pool from a well run company, maybe try a Chinese company or similar, you are likely to get a more professional approach.

Brilliant product, delivery slow with no contact to let you know.

Everything arrived as promised, communication about delays with shipping were clear with reasonable reasons (Covid and a blocked Suez etc). Love my pool!

Very happy with pool.. Easy to erect and look after.
