Great seller
Great communication, always happy to help. I saw great improvements within a few days in my energy levels and mental health. I think I still need to take an iron supplement though. Very happy with the product. A friend is also taking in hope that it will kill cancer cells.

SHILAJIT REVIEW
I have had burning heal pain for over 10 years, since taking shilajit i have gained more clarity and less burning on my heals, since the birth of my son I have averaged 3 to 4 hours sleep, since taking shilajit even with 3 to 4 hours sleep I feel more refreshed then i used...this is also reflected through my fitbit as my rem and deep sleep have increase dramatically.

Well, to be honest I dont know yet how the shilajit is helping me, because I am also taking baking soda at the same time. I definetely feel to be more energetic now, since I have been feeling tired before.
I however find the quantity a bit small, as I am not sure how muh is 300mg and i started on the 14th of April, taking first 2x a day now only 1x a day and its almost empty now.

Best Shilajit I ever Use

A raving fan especially with how it helps with my sleep! Definitely a must-try!
I’m a sepsis survivor who have been having struggling with sleep and been on Melatonin on & off since November 2022. Without it, I barely sleep.
I tried Sundried Shilajit Australia for a week, consistently having it every morning with an empty stomach and after nearly a week, I started noticing I’m falling asleep around 10-11pm and my sleep tracker says my deep sleep is now between 3-5 hours. I couldn’t believe how fast and evident the results are for me in such a short period of time.
I’ve yet to experience the long list of benefits as I continuously use this product.
You absolutely need to try it to experience the great benefits it provides.
