Happy with the product.

We own solar panels that were installed by Trinity. When we made the agreement we had come to an understanding about what we could expect to pay monthly for the solar panels. Now that they are installed, the agreement we were given has not come to fruition. We are paying a lot more and every time we try to call and talk to someone about it they either don't know or have such a heavy accent that we can't understand them and they don't seem to understand what we're asking. Given that we are talking about thousands upon thousands of dollars here, I cannot NOT recommend these people enough. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a company and it's costing us so much money. I am so mad. Stay away!

Our 'saleman' was very friendly. The installers did a great job, cleaned up well each day. All very professional. Love the money we can earn by signing others up.
