The examination(s) were meticulous and underpinned by state of the art equipment. Options were explained in great detail. The surgery is very well equipped with access to a range of experts in various dental specialisms. Great care is taken to be sensitive regarding a patient's feelings, especially when they have to be told something they would rather not hear.

Despite arriving late for my appointment and feeling slightly stressed I was quickly relaxed by the dentist and his staff's warm welcome and understanding receptionists. Background music throughout proceedings of my favourite musician was icing on the cake.

Harsimran was my dentist for this visit and was absolutely amazing. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Proposed solutions and implemented them accordingly. Very happy with the service!

My visit to the dentist was as fabulous as always! The reception team are amazing and always make me feel welcome and my appointment with Dr Barot was exceptional as always. From the comprehensive and gentle way he describes the current issue relating to my treatment to the coordinated approach to future plans.

Omesh looked after my daughter extremely well. He explained everything clearly to her and talked her through each stage of her procedure. He clearly outlined the necessary after care and filled her with confidence that the procedure had been a success. I would highly recommend Omesh and his team.

Over the last 2 months I have spent approximately 5 hours in the dentists chair having fillings and other restorative work done and I have to say the dentist Yousaf Hussain has been excellent.

He is incredibly calm and reassuring and explains everything in detail so you completely understand the procedure. He is very attentive to how you are feeling and clearly a pro at pain relief. His attention to detail is also very reassuring.

The practice has a very modern feel and the staff are all very pleasant to deal with.

I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very polite. A tiny bit heavy handed on an old lady! Don’t think he realises his strength. However a lovely finish. No complaints really.

Yesterday was my first ever experience at the practise. I was greeted warmly, dentist was at first kind and polite.
It was a check up and I knew some teeth were bad. Once the check up was done it then went downhill from there. The dentist was very very adamant that the NHS would put metal all around my mouth and the equipment they use is not as good, they try there upmost best to put fear into you by saying things like “You could be waiting a year” or “they will put metal all around your mouth. I was then quoted £350 per filling and I needed about 8, it didn’t matter about the size he insisted it was £350 each. I was taken back by this and questioned it which he didn’t like at all. The dentist then very abruptly got up and said “well it looks like you don’t want private”

I left the practise and then did some research and by far they are the most expensive dentists I’ve come across and researched. I can drive a mile and get the same treatment for half the price. It felt like a complete scam

My personal experience was really bad and I will not be going back unless this was rectified

Visited the Hygienist and was nervous as had had a previous visit at another practice where the hygienist was brutal. This was a lovely. Is it with numbing gel and a pleasant lady who checked on me throughout the procedure.

Everyone is very nice and friendly, and effective at what they do. Much more pleasant than other dentists I have tried/

disappointed with the treatment my partner had, a year down the line still waiting for dentures that fit properly ,not much to ask really, and because he was honest with his review has now been told to go else where!! left with teeth that dont fit, unable to eat properly and cause ulcers in his mouth due to them rubbing !! disgusted with all this now, after being a patient for years!! deffinately gone down hill and only interested in your bank balance and not the person , avoid if your nhs if private you will get the best treatment !
