Does not last too long
Smelt very nice, the lady was nice to me but had told me that my perfume will last for at least two days, I had used it the very next day and after a couple hours the smell is gone. I spent over £200 and was lied to, will not be buying again but I can say it would have been a 5* from me if she was Truthful and it lasted as long as she said it should.

Amazing staff
I went to purchase a few oils to take as a gift and I was greeted by a lovely young called shirly she showed me most of the popular smells in oils and ended up loving them. I was shown how to apply the oil and how to make them long lasting.

Uneven measurements
Really unhappy with my purchase as I’ve spent £50 on a fragrance oils set to come home and find that they are all different measurements! The bottles are all the same size and ml but not all the oils are filled up to the top. This was my first time shopping here and it will be my last. I’m shocked that this is the standard that they have set for their company being such a well known brand

Beautiful scents from Sunnamusk
Sunnamusk have so many high quality scents. People always ask what perfume I am wearing. I have been buying from them for years and decided to try ordering from their online store to buy a birthday gift. It was a very easy process and the standard delivery was surprisingly fast. The packaging protected my order which arrived in perfect condition.

Good Perfume, Bad Service
The perfume and oil scents are absolutely amazing would definitely purchase again however the customer service i received was poorly. I purchased from Westfield Stratford yesterday and the man that served me, Ishaaq was his name I believe, was quite rude and sarcastic when I was explaining my tastes in perfume. It did put me off quite a bit and I even regretted purchasing from there due to him even though the perfume was lovely.

Great fragrances and customer service
I purchased their sample set online when it came back in stock and it came really quickly. The fragrances are really nice and last all day. I have also purchased from their shop in Westfield and always had great customer service there. Their candles are really strong and last for ages too.

Poor employee attitude
I have been to Sunnamusk a few times and the experience is usually good but I have noticed an employee named Shirley comes across as very pushy and disrespectful having heard the way she speaks to colleagues. I have noticed it enough that I have felt uncomfortable, having worked in retail she seems like an unpleasant person to work with. Hopefully something can be done about this.

This is a scam
This is a scam. The perfume does not last long at all.
Once you spray it, it lasts for about 10 mins maximum but when we used the tester in store it lasted a lot longer. I am not happy at all especially after paying £55. Do not waste your money!

Sunnah musk oil
I was gifted a 10ml bottle of the black rose oil and loved it so much, especially because of how strong the smell is and how it lasts all day.
I purchased the 30ml bottle, but have been really dissapointed with it as it smells like a weaker and cheaper version of the the small 10 ml bottle. When you put it on you can hardly smell it and it does not last at all.
I think you just make customers aware that if they purchase the bigger bottles they will not be getting the same fragrance as the smaller one.

Feel like the final product is watered down and not as potent as the sample in store
Still a nice fragrance but doesn't last as long and doesn't have the same depth.

I wish the order was fulfilled …
I really can’t say much on our experience since the US Government confiscated the ONLINE package while traveling through Europe.. tracking records showing shipped from London then suddenly marked as prohibited.. however, the colognes have been fabulous.. these colognes, purchased while vacationing in London this past July. 2023.. I’ll have to find others ways to order the colognes and have them shipped to the California..
