Excellent product backed up with a good and easy to use website. Only issue was with the delivery which was rather slow- probably due to industrial action.

Real Attention to Detail
As a first time tent buyer I was looking for a decently priced air tent. Online there are a few companies but not knowing much you sometimes are at the mercy of the company you use. I found a brilliant bargain and did my due dilligence online with Summit and have to say they were second to none. I bought the wrong king poles and got a call saying - did you mean to buy these as they don;t fit this tent. How good is that? You simply do NOT get customer service like this any more. Got the items the next day as promised on 24hr courier - free of charge and I couldn't be more stoked. Would use again in a heart beat.
You are in safe hands with this company seriously - and I don't generally give 5s but this was an old fashioned cust service you just dont get any more.

Initial mistake quickly rectified
Initial mistake quickly rectified. I ordered a tent that was out-of-stock. When this mistake was notified, they quickly resolved it for me with a very friendly person on the phone, who also offered a discount on an alternative. Nice to talk to a human who apologises and makes amends.
