Highly recommended family business that delivered an excellent product. From the outset, I felt that they were keen to support all of my requirements and to ensure that the result was appropriate for my needs. Good communication throughout the project and a friendly, professional workforce that constructed the cabin. Support continued following the installation and I still feel that I could ask for advice and help if it was required.

We have acquired an Oban 40 corner cabin and have found it to be well made and of excellent quality. Kim and Neville were most helpful and every member of their team was professional, courteous and obliging. The cabin was erected quickly and without fault. After a short demonstration to show us how the doors, windows, locks etc worked the cabin was handed over and the entire site left in a clean and tidy condition. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking for a good product and quality service.

I would definitely recommend Cabins Unlimited. Neville and Kim kept me informed of the order progress at all times, and were very helpful in terms of technical advice. I ordered a bespoke sized office in 68mm Timber and the quality of the product is exceptional and the end result is superb. The installation team were very professional and finished the work to a high standard.

We used Summerhouses Unlimited to buy the Barbados 3 for our pre-school. We needed a quiet sensory area for our children; this was particularly important because of the unprecedented last 18 months. The company sourced one for us and it was delivered before the start of the new school year. There were a few problems as one of the parts was missing (not the fault of Summerhouses Unlimited) and the grid base had to be re-thought but these were resolved very quickly. Neville and Kim were always available to have a chat with and were aware of the complications of installing a cabin on school premises so the installation was carried out at the weekend. We are absolutely delighted with our new provision (and so are the children). Looking forward to our grand 'official' opening - we will of course be extending an invite to the team at Summerhouses Unlimited. Thank you.

I needed a cabin that would not overwhelm my small garden and I found the perfect one at Whisby. The display site is really good and seeing the Alex cabin I knew that would suit my needs perfectly.
The ordering through to the installation was a really smooth process and the communication from both Kim and Neville excellent. I am extremely pleased with my beautiful cabin.

We purchased the Barbados 3 log cabin following a visit to the Whisby display site. Great range of summerhouses to view. Neville was very knowledgeable and able to advise and answer all our questions ensuring we were buying the right product for our requirements. Whilst delivery was delayed due to global issues the communication was regular and timely. Our emails always received a response no matter how late at night we sent them. The delivery process was seamless. Everything arrived when it was planned and I'm in awe at the logistical planning this must have taken. The whole process was faultless, smooth and coordinated. I don't know where to begin regarding the installation team. They worked tirelessly. I didn't see them stop. We were so grateful to their heroic effort to have the install completed in a day due to the adverse weather that was due. They really did work so hard. They left the site really tidy when they'd finished. We're so glad we chose Summerhouses Unlimited as we couldn't fault them. The finish of the Barbados 3 Log cabin is superb. We're looking forward to years of enjoying it. Thank you to the team for your excellent service throughout. We'd highly recommend Summerhouses Unlimited to everyone.

We had fantastic service from start to finish, the communication was frequent and gave us regular updates on delivery, emails were replied to very quickly, The Sussex 1 log cabin, is made to a high standard, the installation was very efficient, and completed in less than two days, Neville and the fitters were very professional and did a great job. Having recently moved to the area and needing a garden cabin for additional room, we found this company online, with a show site in Whisby near Lincoln. From initial email contact to final completion, Neville and Kim were great to deal with. Neville was very helpful in advising us on the types of cabins that might suit our needs and we opted for a Barbados Mini. The show site provided useful insight into the quality and build of the cabins. The long run time on delivery, due to the current climate was well managed by Kim, as she kept us up to date on shipping and delivery. We took delivery of the cabin on 1 Sept and it was fitted, including the pro base, in a few days. Due to manufacturing error, we were sent the wrong doors, but Kim and Neville soon sorted it out and solved this. We used the cabin painting service that can be provided and had electrics fitted by the recommended electrician, which made things very easy. Again, in keeping with the high standards of the company, we received professional and quality workmanship from these contractors too.
We are extremely pleased with the finished cabin.
One of the many plus points for this company, is the personal touch they provide. We like the family run business aspect to the company and this positivity and teamwork extends to the team of fitters who build the cabin for you. We thoroughly recommend Cabins Unlimited to anyone looking to purchase a high quality garden building.

Well what can we say, we started looking in march this year, initially online looking at everything and nothing from flat packs to single skin shed like summer houses.
We ended up down at Whisby garden centre where Summerhouses Unlimited is situated with an intention just to have a look around, and now 6 months later this is where we are leaving a review to something I can only describe as amazing quality is second to non.
From the off set Neville and Kim were welcoming even though they were still setting up and getting on the go, they couldn't do more for us.
We went from looking at summer houses they had to offer to what we have now a bespoke summer house 2 rooms to our requirements its just outstanding solid double glazed insulated all install done my Neville and Billy and Kev from the base to the roof.
All advice given was taken on board and I would recommend anyone to do the same even when it came to options for things around the build. Neville was on hand with great tips and advice and Still now the aftercare service and the time spent to see how we are still getting on with the project is so nice.
We are pleased we went with Neville and Kim.

Kim is brilliant always keeps you up to date with the progress and always has time for even the smallest of questions.

Apart from Covid issues Setting times back and material shortages which for me was a frustration. which was out of anyone's control i cannot fault Summerhouses Unlimited in anyway, even advice and arranged for a local electrician to come and quote for that side of work to be done.

All information where possible was given from adjusting windows, doors how to secure to the cabin so not to cause future issues. even on paint with a vast amount of knowledge, even down to suggestions of brushes to use.

The Install was faultless taking two days, done with pride of work even to the last point of clearing up which was our job they did leaving us very little to do.

even if you cant make it down to the site to view the stunning cabins available I would suggest looking on Facebook and Instagram, even I don't use Instagram but its amazing to see and get ideas from the amazing Cabins that Neville and Kim and Team have put time and effort in to put in place for Clients all over

We visited the Lincoln Cabins Unlimited show site at Whisby Garden Centre in May 2021. We were able to view about 10 log cabins of various shapes and sizes.
Neville and Kim were both friendly and knowledgeable, happy for us to closely examine the interior and exterior of the cabins on display.
These were much superior to other makes of cabin we had seen and featured double glazing, thick 40mm logs, floor and roof insulation.
We eventually settled on a Edinburgh corner cabin which is just under 3 metres square and placed an order. Due to the current Covid situation and its impact on raw material delivery the timescale for installation was longer than would normally have been the case, but we were told it would be about 16 weeks. In fact it was about 18 weeks but Kim kept us updated on progress regularly and given the well known shortage of building materials this was very acceptable.
Neville and Billy came and installed the cabin on the 9th and 10th September and we were very impressed with the professional clean and tidy approach to the job. We were given advice on how to operate and if need be adjust doors and windows.
We had decided to paint the cabin ourselves and were advised on the best type of exterior paint and interior varnish and even details of the quantity of paint we would need. Colour charts were also provided to help our choice.
We have now completed the painting of the cabin and fitted gutters and a fall pipe. We have bought suitable furniture and other items to enhance the beautiful natural interior and it is an understatement to say we are delighted with the cabin and the service provided by Lincoln Cabins Unlimited.

We have been really impressed from start to finish. After submitting an online enquiry, Neville called me within 5 minutes to talk through the service that they provided. We went up to their site in Lincoln where there is an excellent range of cabins on display and Neville and Kim are extremely knowledgeable. They provided us with all the information we needed and we placed our order. Kim kept us up to date with delivery dates, etc... and Neville came out did a site visit. Our Chamelion 2 cabin was built in two days and we are thrilled with the end product. We have two new rooms, one for socialising and the another as an office. The extra space is fantastic! Thank you for providing an excellent service from beginning to end.

We came across Cabinsunlimited when we visited Whisby Garden Center & we were very impressed with their site. We were greeted by Kim who was only too happy to answer our questions regarding a Probase for a summerhouse which we have ordered elsewhere. Without being pushy she explained in great detail how it is made & how it clicks together to give a firm base. We were delighted to learn that they would supply & fit it even though we weren’t buying the cabin from them. She took our details & within a few days we not only received a quote which we were delighted with but had had a site visit from her husband Neville after which we placed our order. Kim kept us updated throughout with regular e-mails. We were given a date for delivery & fitting which was done 3 days ago & we are delighted with it.
It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice efficient couple whose customer service excels all expectations.

Really good experience with our Norfolk Shed. The site at Whisby is compact, but with plenty of space between the display items. Staff very knowledgeable about their products and open about potential delays due to current worldwide supply issues. Having ordered, our old shed was dismantled and disposed of without issue, and the new one delivered and erected without significant delay. All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the process.

We found Summerhouse unlimited from a web Search and on visiting the site which we easily found, the layout was perfect and I selected the ideal cabin for me in seconds. The range of cabins is exhaustive with a good selection on view. I ordered a cabin with no hitches and a forecast that was realistic with a pandemic In full flow. Kim gave us updates and information leading up to the delivery and site preparation which I found very useful and great customer service. The day of the fitting couldn't be smoother and with in a day the cabin was built. We had chosen the Chameleon cabin for its versatility with having two rooms, one for a workshop and the other for socialising. A great choice and very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend Summerhouses unlimited.

We ordered our cabin from the new Lincoln site. Excellent service and communication from order to delivery which was within the timescale we expected. Installed quickly and we are very happy with it.

Ordered the Edinburgh log cabin off the Lincoln Branch, found all the staff very polite and helpful, all questions answered. Cabin delivered on time, four deliveries over two days, all very well organised. The cabin was erected over two days the following week, the lads worked really hard to complete the build, and were very polite, and professional. A very good company to deal with, would recommend them to anyone wanting a log cabin. Now we have an excellent summer house, all that is missing is the summer
