We were very impressed with the customer service at all stages of our purchase and the workmanship and quality of the cabin is absolutely stunning. We have been talking and looking for a Summerhouse for a long time, but struggled to find any display models to view a chance visit to Whisby Garden Centre we found Summerhouses Unlimited great large display to view, the first chat with Kim was very helpful and explained lots of options and no pressure selling.
we finally settled on a Windsor Cabin and placed our order, Kim and Neville offered great practical advise on what we needed to do to prepare the site area.
From placing order to delivery of the cabin and materials communications was very good and clear, everything arrived on the dates given.

On installation day the fitting team arrived enthusiastic and friendly and worked constantly despite not the best of weather, working in a very clean and tidy manner giving advise and demonstrations on window systems and care and treatment process.

The cabin looks fantastic now installed and we are so pleased with the end result. over all Summerhouses Unlimited where fantastic,from start to finish, great service, great products, great staff, and a local business, well done Kim & Neville

We had been searching near and far for a summer house for a long time when we found Summerhouses Unlimited. Summerhouses unlimited based at Whisby garden centre has a large selection of summerhouses on show plus an extensive range of photographs of Summerhouses that they sell. The quality of the summerhouses are unparalleled to any that we had viewed elsewhere.
From start to finish Kim and Neville are meticulous in their approach to ensuring that their customers receive excellent customer service. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, informative and generous of their time. No hard sales and no pressure to purchase. We were kept updated on all aspects of our summerhouse ordering and build.
The summer house was delivered on time. Neville and his team were punctual, tidy and worked hard to construct our Edinburgh 240 summerhouse. The end product oozes quality and looks wonderful.

Amazing service from first point of contact at the showroom to discuss what style of cabin would suit us best to the type of base / roof covering etc. The ordering of the cabin was so easy Kept informed all the way along re delivery of goods and the cabin. Dates booked in and kept too . Neville and Billy installed the base and cabin. Polite,clean tidy workers Worked so hard over many days and the finished product is exceptional Full handover explanation re the cabin and care of it etc Advised re Sadolin to protect it inside and out. I was visiting Whisby Garden Centre with my daughter when we saw Unlimited Summerhouses show site. We called into the office and met Kim and Neville who showed us the different styles of Summerhouses available. Kim and Neville were very professional and friendly and gave us all the information that we needed. Every step of the way we were kept informed of delivery times and site visits. The Summerhouse is amazing and has transformed our garden a testament to the craftmanship and skills of Neville and his 2 apprentices. Kim went the extra mile when some paint for the flooring had not been delivered and brought some over herself. I don’t usually contribute to these surveys, however I have been so impressed with husband and wife team Neville and Kim, directors of Summerhouses Unlimited, that I am writing these positive comments. They blend their skills to provide a fantastic service, from initial contact at the Whisby show site, through juggling options and answering questions to organizing the deliveries and the 2 day installation. It has been a professional and well-oiled service from beginning to end.
Whereas Kim has exceptional organizational skills, responding promptly to queries (even when on holiday!), Neville is definitely a perfectionist (an essential personal quality in my book!) and his two hard working young men Billy and Aidan showed good teamwork and competency. They all did a fantastic job and left the site tidy and ready for me to paint!
I am delighted with my Oban cabin, the quality, design and sturdiness are impressive and I am looking forward to making it a warm and comfortable ‘nook’!

My wife and I visited Summerhouses Unlimited at Whisby, Lincoln.
We were allowed to peruse at leisure and view and inspect a wide range of
44mm spruce summerhouses before Neville introduced himself and we met his wife Kim, who together run the company.
With years of trading and knowledge of summerhouses we ordered the Hampshire model with installation.We latter added the base build and painting. We Recieved Great Customer Care, was Informed of Delivery’s , a professional build service from Neville,Billy & Aiden ..and when a few bits were missing , Kim drove 150 miles to ensure our purchase was completed on time.Thank You !
My recommendation to you is pop in and meet Kim & Neville for whatever garden building structure you require !

From viewing different summer houses and sheds at various companies, my wife and I felt we had picked the the right company to supply us.Which has proved us right in our choice.The 2 people running the business were very informative and professional in every aspect. That is from being questioned about the product to providing and completing the finished article.We could not be more pleased and especially with the top class quality of the product. We can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone wanting to have a quality product with genuine people backing it up.

After spending many hours searching the Internet for a Cabin and Bike shed to be added to our new home, (unable to find the ideal size & style.)
We decided to support our local businesses and visit Summerhouses Unlimited at Whisby Garden Centre.
We spoke to Amelia who was very knowledgeable and showed us the Cabins on display, upon listening to our requirements Amelia suggested talking to Neville about a Brighton 68 or a Bespoke Cabin.
Neville advised, a Dorset 68 with an added Bike Shed would fulfil our requirements, and showed us photos of similar Cabins.
This was exactly what we had been searching the Internet for, after a quick site survey and confirmation of the dimensions we placed the order.
Kim then took over, advising us on exterior/interior paints, and kept us fully informed of the
Delivery & Construction dates. (approx 8 weeks).
Neville and his team erected the base 2 weeks prior to the arrival of the Cabin, then returned again on time for the installation.
After 2 days in the hottest weather the country has ever seen they completed the build.
We now have a fantastic looking Summerhouse at the end of our garden.
An excellent service, Kim,Neville and the team, are very professional and happy to guide you through the process of selecting a Summerhouse that is just right for you and your environment.

Sumerhouses Unlimited are a friendly family run outfit with a good display site at which we could see the assembled cabin of our choice (Edinburgh Cabin). They were great to deal with. We purchased our cabin from them and included installation of the base and assembly of the cabin. They were helpful and everything happened on schedule. Having seen the guys do a good job on assembling the cabin, I could not imagine many would be up to to taking it on DIY.

We are delighted with our cabin. A beautiful, well built and quality construction that is an asset to our garden. Everyone has been extremely helpful from our first 'look' through to completion. We were kept informed all the way through from order to build. I would highly recommend both cabin and company, with friendly, efficient and competent staff who are prepared to go that extra mile. My husband and I had searched for a quality summer house for quite some time when we found Summerhouses Unlimited at Whisby. They have a fantastic selection of cabins which helped us imagine how our garden would look.
Kim was really efficient and helpful so I felt I could pop in and ask extra questions before the build. When the guys came to build the summer house, they were on time, hard working, easy to have around and cleared up to leave us with a perfect cabin that we love. I would definitely highly recommend them.

We viewed all the cabins in the Summerhouses display area and were pleasantly surprised on what was available. Initially we spoke to Kim who was very knowledgable on all aspects of the build to the costing of materials. The following day we returned to view again and Neville gave us lots of advice and suggested the Barbados Mini was the type of summerhouse for our space in the garden. We discussed the base option, summerhouse wall thickness and final finish of the cabin.
Neville went through the ordering process, the delivery and the build process explaining it all in detail for us to understand.
After ordering the Barbados Mini we were kept up to date from Kim and Amelia on all the decisions we had made. Kim was meticulous in keeping us informed with every detail. The delivery was excellent and spot on time and very convenient having the summerhouse flat packed to our door. Neville and his team were meticulous in the base construction and the building of the summerhouse. On completion of the build the painting team came in and gave it the three required coats to finish the external look. We cannot express how organised, the whole team were from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the summerhouse and it has exceeded our expectations.

We ordered a bespoke garden cabin with ease through Neville and Kim. They were excellent at keeping in touch with us so we knew where we were with our order and schedule for delivery and construction.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the materials and finish.

Were going to order through website but so glad we got in touch with Lincoln branch. Their advice and experience really helped in making a decusion. Due to awkward access we needed a site survey and they fitted us in quickly and got things moving. We were kept informed and things happened when they should.

We had a base installed and they went above and beyond to get it sorted and right. Really thankful. Delivery was smooth and our summerhouse is great quality and exceeded our expectations.
