What a terrible service from this company. No order, no communication. Have had to do all the chasing and their attitude is total complacency. Seriously, don’t bother wasting your time. No refund yet for undelivered products.
Wouldn't risk it again. I placed an order three weeks ago that still hasn't arrived, customer services have been contacted three times but haven't been much use. No idea if or when my items will arrive :(
Placed an order and payment taken, nothing to say it was out of stock. Still not received a week later so called and was told all items out of stock and unable to tell me when to expect them. Have cancelled order.
Ordered a Christmas present which was not suitable for the recipient. Sukin is refusing to exchange the product blankly stating their arbitrary 14 day returns policy. Not giving any extension on this around Christmas time is just disgusting. Won't be ordering from here again. Customer service team only manage to parrot the "policy" and provide no care or service. Spend your money else where

Love my Super Green face scrub but ran out. Made an order and unfortunately there was a missing item from my order. Kerry was amazing at helping me and immediately arranged for my missing item to be sent to me. She was super friendly - thanks for the great service!
Ordered a bottle of tinted mineral spf about 2 months ago and have had to chase ever since, customer service are ok, responding some of the time though often after a couple of emails. However I was told I couldn’t have a refund and it’s looking like the product will never arrived, and customer service seem to think there’s nothing much they can do about it so just glad I didn’t spend a fortune and will avoid this company in the future.
Very good products when you have a sensitive skin with fattening tendency and a slight acne rash.. It does not irritate your skin, it does not dry it, it absorbs very quickly into the skin leaving a very healthy and moisturizing skin. I recommend with confidence
