Although not clearly stated on their website package returns should be arranged and paid by the consumer. This will add a minimum of 25 euro to the return plus an additional 12 euro for processing by the firm. So unless you are absolutely certain about your size and you completely understand UK size conversions I would stray away from this firm.
Wedding suit
We went in to get measured for a suit with very little idea about what we wanted. A man called "Roly" helped us and was absolutely fantastic. He got us sorted out with a really nice suit and helped us with the fitting. I would recommend anyone to give then a shot!

Today I had the displeasure of visiting your store in Merry Hill, where I was very poorly served. Service was bad, with no interest in selling or doing their job well. Maybe it was because of the color of my skin (black) that I was treated very poorly and rudely by the older bald man and the younger man who was also serving in the store. I appreciate you doing your job well, being kind to customers, because we pied your salary, you are there to serve us.

Amazing Experience
Today had am amazing experience at Newbury Suits Direct branch. Georgina was kind and helpful.I had ordered suits online which were big and the changing process was so smooth. I was bit unsettled and expecting the worst after i read the reviews but to he honest they are really doing well. I appreciate Georgina for handling my 3 kids well ,never felt out of place. The quality is also very good . Thank you for an wonderful experience , not forgetting that the process took time but all went smoothly , she was just smiling and ready to help in anyway she can . Looking forward to buy again.
My wedding is December 7 2024
My wedding is December 7 2024. I ordered a really nice pair of shoes on October 11 2024. Today is December 4 and still no shoes. I have been on the phone with them several times a week every week. All they keep giving me is the new date of arrival but it never gets here. Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund and have to settle for regular shoes from a local shoe store and hope they have anything close. The suit is nothing without the shoes. COMPLETELY dissatisfied, frustrated and disappointed. I will never do business with them again.

I placed an order with this company and have yet to receive it. Despite contacting them multiple times, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
It’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with a company that clearly doesn’t prioritize its customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this service if you value your time and money.
They’ve left me with no choice but to leave this negative review in the hopes that someone will take notice. Do better.

Went to suits direct Castleford. I was greeted by a truly helpful team.I went there to purchase a number of items for a cruise I am going on. Got everything I needed for both formal and casual occasions, made easier with the help and assistance from Rob, Andre and Neil. They gave me a 5star service and I would highly recommend suits direct at Castleford.

Scam Company – AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I’ve never encountered such appalling, deceitful, and disrespectful customer service in my life. I returned wedding suits that had been briefly tried on by the best men, only to be met with outright lies and dismissive behavior. The suits themselves were good quality and looked great, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit properly and needed to be returned.
Here’s the shocking part: the suits were returned well within the time limit, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. The try-on lasted no more than 10 minutes. Despite this, the company sent the suits back to me with a letter claiming “unusual creases,” a “smell of aftershave,” and “tags removed”—none of which was true. These accusations were completely fabricated to deny a legitimate return.
Adding insult to injury, the packaging the suits arrived in was absurdly small, causing creasing in transit. Yet, they had the audacity to blame me for the creases! This company clearly has no regard for consumer rights and seems solely focused on exploiting customers for profit.
Advice: If you value your money and sanity, don’t even breathe near their products, let alone open the packaging, if there’s a chance you may need to return them. Their practices are a flagrant breach of consumer law, and they make no effort to disguise their greed and deceit.
This is not just bad business—it’s a scam. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Very impressed. I was a little worried about ordering a suit online but my goodness what a great process. The sizing is a straightforward and clear process, delivery was excellent and the suit was packed beautifully. When I tried it on it was exactly as I had hoped, fitted well and the quality exceeded my expectations, very impressed. I would highly recommend purchasing a suit here and there is a very good chance I will go back and get more, thank you.

Update: They have confirmed that the box was fine upon arrival, so the item had been misplaced by an incompetent team member. However, I am the one out of pocket. From what I've read online, this happens often with "lost" items.

I received a partial refund with an email accusing me of stealing an item. They claim that both items were not in the box. Well, unless the box had been tampered with then that's impossible. They suggested I locate the missing item or get a police crime reference number. I am beyond disgusted. How dare they question my integrity! If I wanted to steal a suit, it would NOT be from this cheap company. They can not confirm that the box had been tampered with and I am now out of pocket. They have taken my money and insulted me.

I recently made my first purchase with Suits Direct, attracted by their 15% off discount code for new subscribers. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The discount code failed to work during checkout, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, their customer service refused to honor the discount. Their justification was based on vague wording in the terms and conditions, which they claimed excluded my purchase.
However, the wording they cited was misleading and did not explicitly state the exclusions they claimed it did. As a first-time customer, I relied on the advertised discount and made my purchase based on that information.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled. Suits Direct's lack of transparency and unwillingness to address the issue is unacceptable. It's clear they prioritize technicalities over customer satisfaction.
While their suits might be of decent quality, I cannot recommend Suits Direct due to their poor customer service and misleading discount practices.
Potential customers should be aware that advertised discounts may not be honored, and any issues may be met with resistance.
I urge Suits Direct to improve their communication and customer service practices. Until then, I advise shoppers to proceed with caution.

Very poor customer service
I ordered a suit on line. I signed up for a first-time purchase 15% discount. I filled in the boxes (including email address) and a reply informed me that the discount code would be sent to my email. This discount code has never arrived. I went ahead and made the purchase as there was only one jacket left in the size I wanted and I was worried that one member of our wedding party would not have a suit (my son who was walking me into the registry office, so ot was important that he had the correct suit. Said suit was sold out on other online websites). I emailed the customer service department to explain what had happened but was told that they would not apply a discount 'retrospectively'. What really annoyed me was the fact that within seconds of my purchase being completed, I received an email offering me 10% if I recommended a friend to the company. Proof that they did have my email address correctly inputed! Worse still, they sent me a discount code but told me that I could not use it as I had already completed my first purchase. This all appears to have been purposefully done. It would have saved me £70. I understand that I went ahead with the purchase but, how hard can it be for the company to refund 15% to my account. I will never buy with this company again and will avoid at all costs.
