Buying suits for myself and my groomsmen for my upcoming wedding was proving extremely stressful, until I found suitdirect and by extension Andy Carroll. Not only did he work with me and my fiancée to pick the right suits to match her dress and the theme of the day, he didn't rush us at all while we figured it out. He was friendly and generous with his time, balanced helping his staff whilst always ultimately coming back to us and making us feel like we had his full focus and attention. I've worked in retail and hospitality myself for years, and someone like Andy is a unicorn; a manager I'd gladly work with in whatever industry that may be. Impeccable service, this experience has guaranteed I will be recommending suitdirect to any guests asking about our suits on the big day, or anyone mentioning looking for a suit in future.

Absolutely shocking service, worst purchase I have ever made, after waiting 7 business days for 3-5 day delivery my parcel has been returned to sender without confirmation NOR have I been contacted by the company after 1 email and 2 messages via the company website, I ordered a three piece suit a week before needed and wasn’t prompted for fasted delivery for startes nor could I change this, I can’t find any number to contact them after they’ve robbed me of my money with no explanation, forgotten customer here, will NEVER be using their “service” ever again, I cannot believe the lack of customer service I cannot put into words how absolutely fuming I am with the lack of communication from both suit direct and evri

Firstly the positive, my husband bought a great suit, reasonably priced and good quality, which made us confident to purchase shoes for my son.

Shoes! -They arrived and looked good and smart, within 2 weeks the sole was flapping. Then a month later the shoe literally fell apart with the sole and cardboard destroyed and the shoe in no fit state to wear. There was barely a shoe!!
My husband raised a complaint within the two weeks, there was no customer service just a generic email and to fill out a form. He looked through his emails and there was no order no, only that the package is pending to be delivered. They denied having knowledge of his email address and said they could not do anything without the order no. The shoes were delivered to our home address on the date of 18th March, but they have no details there end. Which means that they will not give the money back.
Poor Poor Poor customer service, product and follow up. The shoes were £45.00 and they are non useable and nothing can be done to make them wearable. I think that there Customer service should be improved and a policy of return in place.

Rodney was absolutely amazing on our visit. He has great amount of knowledge when it comes to suits and what type of suits works for certain looks and event. We absolutely enjoyed his company and his ideas and suggestions.

Great experience with our first time visiting Suit Direct store in Southampton. The staff were so helpful and friendly in particular Melanie Smith who went above and beyond to sort out a jacket for my husband to wear with trousers and/or jeans!

It’s not very often you receive such a great service, we would have no hesitation in recommending this store to our friends and family. Thank you Melanie for making the experience of shopping with the husband an enjoyable one 😄

Made order online for a suit, confirmed that items were in stock, they took money. Items were delivered, trousers are OK, but the suit was 40 instead of 50. When I made complain, they said the item what I ordered is not in stock, so I should send them everything back in order to get my money back. Please do not use this company.

We recently went to the cheshire oaks outlet store and Andy had a really helpful conversation with us about various options for our wedding suits. Andy was approachable and friendly and made the visit enjoyable sharing his valuable insight. We look forward to meeting with him at the new Trafford Centre store soon

My husband purchased a suit from this company for a friends wedding. The day of the wedding while putting it on a button came off the waistcoat we then noticed the button above was also very poorly stitched and about to come off, therefore he could not wear the suit which cost almost £400 in total!

We went to return the next day as obviously not happy with the quailty to be met with AWFUL customer service. The manager accused my husband of "pulling off the buttons" bizarre as if he had just wanted to return why would he damage it ? She then returned all bar the waistcoat and was very rude ! When asked for a number of head office to make a complaint she gave the wrong Web address and rolled her eyes.

This happened in the Braehead store stongly advise M&S or Next instead as if there is a problem with your suit purchased from this company you will be met with ludicrous accusations from rude managers and a faulty suit they refuse to refund !

We have visited suit direct a few times and Daryl has always looked after us and gone above and beyond. It’s a great experience each and every time we shop there.

We were well looked after by Jim and the other staff in Suit Direct. Lots of choices, lots of assistance and plenty of changing rooms.

I wish I was put in this position more often where the need to thank an individual and a store for outstanding customer service, this was also the first time that I had visited suits Direct and certainly left me with a positive impression.
I visited the store in Cheshire Oaks on Monday 8th April to buy a dress shirt and bow tie for an event in the evening and was served by Darryl he measured up my neck and asked me to try some shirts on to find the best fit (a standard shirt), he then brought a selection of dress shirts out and I selected what I preferred Darryl suggested that I tried the shirt on to see that it was a good fit three shirts later with Darryl's guidance I had a good fitting and looking shirt, then the ties was fitted and adjusted so I was ready to go, so much so that the guy that went with me also decided to buy the same. Whilst we were in the changing room there was a Romanian man (visiting the U K )with his family buying a suit and accessories for his wedding and in talking to him he was also so impressed at the time devoted to him to get his outfit right.
A very big Thank you to Daryll for his excellent customer service, I would have no hesitation in recommending Suits direct to anyone.

First shop we went in and we can’t praise Andy Carroll highly enough. He greeted us and helped us from the onset without being pushy. He provided us with sound advice and took a real interest in my grandson and the reasons he needed to buy a suit. We would highly recommend Suits Direct because Andy’s customer service skills and personality were a credit to him. Would even consider travelling to Manchester where Andy is normally based in the future. Please pass on our thanks to Andy 😀😀

Incredible customer service. I was helped by Elia and Kaleb.
I came in on a Friday afternoon, needing a suit by Tuesday with virtually no idea about anything to do with suits. The 2 staff members talked me through different styles, different options, explored my budget with me and made an effort to work within my budget. I was most impressed that they made sure to look at alternative colours for the suit trousers I chose and found that there's another colour on sale for £10, which was incredible because it helps give my suit much more versatility. They also helped recommend a nearby place for me to get shoes at, and even recommended between different options at said other place that would best go with the suit I picked. They taught me a bit of basics around suit etiquette and styling, which was great because I learned you aren't supposed to even do the top 2 buttons up.

Frankly if you need a suit, and you need experts to help, recommend and explain, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Cribbs causeway branch. The two people that served me, educated me and help me out were amazing, couldn’t have asked for better people to help me get suited and booted. Names of the employees that helped me very much were Sadiq and Whisky, both so helpful and lush

Direct today to have a look at a suit for races. Was really really impressed by Amber Lea, she couldn’t be more helpful and professional. She made my experience a really good one and I ended up coming out with my whole outfit due to her expertise.
Definitely return here and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent online shopping experience, bought some superb quality Ted Baker items at a greatly reduced amount (Waistcoat redudeced from £100 to £10 and a woolen coat reduced from £350 to £79) free shipping, they arrived promptly, bought a larger identical coat just in case the slim fit was too small, sent the larger item back using the freepost sticker that came included, dropped it off at a Yodel collection point, within a week the item was refunded.
If you like quality and would rather not pay full price, I highly recommend Suit Direct,will definitely use them again

Leo at the Metrocentre branch was brilliant. He was really patient and not pushy in any way whilst helping my son choose a suit and accessories for his prom. Needless to say, my son is delighted with his suit and will feel confident as well as look amazing when he goes to his prom. What could have been quite a stressful experience (with a teenage boy not overly keen to try things on etc) became a nice afternoon with laughs and perfect customer service and advice along the way. Very poor customer service, poorly made products falling apart at the seams on arrival, no interest whatsoever in resolving these issues, never again. If you want reliable workwear just stick with M&S.
