Great. Cant fault it at all. Was worried they may be smashed in the post but perfectly wrapped and safe. Kids were made up and they are so big they are still going strong after a week !

Fantastic Items, Quick delivery
I did not taste test as they were a gift, but packaging and delivery were outstanding. Very happy with the purchase and they certainly brought a smile to the teacher face. Brilliant quotes for a quirky, slightly different end of term gift. Thank you very much SuckitandSay!

We loved it
I loved that this product made my little boy feel special and it was an age appropriate way to celebrate him coming home the end of his nursery journey. This is definitely becoming a tradition at the end of every school year.

We had ordered these for our wedding…
We had ordered these for our wedding favours after hearing such great things. I am extremely disappointed. They first sent us the wrong order and after a small apology, put us out of our way days before our wedding to send it back with no hint of where our order was. After receiving our order (not 2 weeks before our wedding as stated on the website) all stickers were skew wiff with some not even stuck on a lolly, not one was centred. All communication from the company was extremely lacking and very slow - I can't understand why they don't have a phone number!! We did not receive anything for the hassle of the wrong orders and not a thank you for sending it back. I would never order from here as it is an extremely disappointing looking wedding favour and not worth the stress, don't bother yourself.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that our colleague is in communication with you to try and resolve this. We understand how frustrating it was to receive the wrong order initially, but this was human error, and not done intentionally. As a small business we do not have the means to arrange a collection from your property (and putting you at the inconvenience of needing to be at home all day to await the collection) hence why we asked if you could return the order at your convenience. We are actioning a refund in full for you for the return postage. In terms of how your order arrived, we take great care in ensuring that our products leave in perfect condition. We strive to package them in a way that we want them to be received. We mark all orders as fragile, but sadly some couriers do man handle them and they are not transported with as much care as we like. We will of course look at ways to reduce damage but we want you to be aware that we would never send anything out that we were not happy to receive ourselves.
We are a very small team so between responding to emails, packing orders, designing, product development and much more, we are unable to offer a business phone line. We apologise if this is frustrating, but by keeping communication to one form, it is easier for us to manage and track.
We will always look at ways in which we can rectify a situation and am aware my colleague is in contact with you now to do so. We apologise again that your experience hasn't been what you had expected, but please know we are trying our very best to sort this for you.
