Subcold Vino12 wine fridge
Purchased a Subcold Vino12 wine fridge. The fridge appears well made and certainly keeps the contents at a stable temperature, but we are disappointed as the fridge is very noisy. Within the first two weeks of ownership, the bottom of the fridge has twice filled with water, which does not drain and needs to be physically dried out. The fridge was delivered with the front stabilising foot missing. I contacted Subcold by email and they were very quick to respond and send out a replacement foot. I sent them videos of the noisy fan on two occasions and also the bottom of the fridge being filled with water. They have said that these issues do not indicate a manufacturing defect. I am left with a noisy fridge, which, due to its location in our kitchen, I will now need to replace with another make, as the hum is unbearable in close proximity.

Freezer was delivered at time arranged
On checking freezer it had 2 broken drawers I contacted Subcold and 2 new drawers arrived within 2 days
It is now installed and I am delighted with it, it is so quiet compared to my old freezer
Would recommend

The fridge is really good
The fridge is really good. It keeps everything very cold (some parts at the bottom even frozen) and allows for a lot of big items to be stored in it. It is amazingly quiet, we took it camping and couldn’t hear it.
It was a brand new fridge, however it arrived with some scuff marks both externally on the plastic and some black scuffs on the inside. Most of these internal marks have scrubbed off but some remain both outside and inside.

All good except the instruction book could be better.
All good although the instruction book could be improved. Temp up and down using arrows comes before you read that you need to press the thermometer button first and every time I turned on the interior light it kept going off again a short while later. I then discovered if you hold a finger on the light button until it beeps the light stays on permanently. I couldn't find this in the handbook.

Delivered to different address after I…
Delivered to different address after I selected no alternitive delviery location. Refused to assist with courier. Very rude customer service. Told me to door knock to find the parcel which I will not do. No help at all. Avoid at all costs. They day if they delivered it anywhere its up to the customer to 'find' the parcel. Crazy. Contacted my bank who have been amazing. Was able to provide 18 emails all supporting my attempts to locate and their ignoring of it. Sending generic emails back. Companies are going mad.

According to the courier’s delivery information, the parcel was delivered to your next-door neighbour rather than to a different or unknown address. As the parcel was confirmed as being with the neighbouring property, we advised that the quickest and most straightforward way to retrieve it would be to collect it directly from them.
