Apparently my order has still not arrived £25 the wrong postcode was used instead of KT18 7BG which is the correct one

We buy in store and the staff are always so helpful and knowledgable, we also buy online. Orders arrive quickly and it’s easy to order.

eleaf mini istick

I have bought three of these isticks in the last couple of months. They all worked fine for 2-3 weeks before going totally dead. I took all three to the store at Romford Market. I was told that they would not give me a replacements without a receipt. I explained that I have an account and that proof of purchase could be found there as I never ask for a receipt. The chap in the shop refused to even look, insisting on a paper receipt. At £25 pounds a pop, that is very poor.

Generally it is recommended to keep the Box and receipt for up to 6 Months Just in case A fault Which was not caused by user error occurs within this time frame.
