Very disappointed
Just been to shop to ask a question regarding a problem with my vape the staff member was really helpful.but the other member of staff was so rude and cocky to me.i had to leave the shop before I lost my temper.so thanks to your employee I won’t be using stylex ever again.such a same good shop

i agree when your buying something there helpful i have used them for years bought many e cigs and liquid from them spent a lot of money but for the first time i had a problem e cig i bought a couple of weeks before was faulty would not charge they new i bought it there and agreed it was faulty but as i could not find the receipt they refused to exchange it for another one even though i showed them the exchange on my banking app there customer service is ok until you have a problem it seems update bought anew one exactly the same of Amazon today received a lot cheaper and with Amazon any problems just send it back money in your account in a few days
