Ordered jeans as according to the advertised picture it was the exact brand I was looking for…. Label clear on waistband…. Just a cheap alternative when I received them …. Was told just to return them … despite me telling them that legally they should be providing all costs for return under Consumer rights act …. They’re reviews for refunds are not promising… Don’t be fooled by what you see in the picture .. jeans are ok but not worth what I paid

The quality of the products are terrible, and the customer service is just as bad. I received a coat with marks all over it even though the packaging was sealed. When I reached out, Melisa from customer service insisted it was packed “perfectly” and took no responsibility, although it was clearly, sent out like this. To make things worse, they suggested I could return it “if not worn,” basically implying I had worn it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would advise not to shop on this site.

Absolute shocking customer service and the quality of the clothes is even worse 😩

the quality of clothes is poor. I ordered a tracksuit, worn it for less than a hour for the stitching to come away on the pants, the pants can’t be worn again. They was not washed and only got not even 60 minutes wear sat down in a car. Company will only offer 20% back when I paid £35 for a tracksuit I can no longer wear the pants to. Customer service also suggested I had ripped my pants myself which is highly unprofessional. Very overpriced for the quality.

These tracksuits at first were brilliant! I love the material, the shape.. So much so that i bought 3 in different colours. However, they seem to be poorly made as 2 pairs of the trousers, the stitching is coming apart on the legs which is extremely disappointing. They have been washed about 2 times each. Nice tracksuits but i would not recommend :(

And before you reply with 'We accept any returns within 14 days blah blah' which ive seen on all the other reviews that mention poor quality/longevity... the fact that you can only get a few weeks out of these clothes is the problem.

Lovely jacket , great price but unfortunately am a Size 14 and it's very neat.

Cheap products. Stitches have come away after ten minutes of wearing. Customer service are no use and will only let me return if they still have the tags on. Have explained I’ve had this item on literally walking out the house and to the car and all the stitches have pulled. No help what so ever. Quality is worse than Primark and SHEIN 🤣

Ordered early for my daughter’s birthday. She opened it today on her birthday which is 3 wks since ordered and they won’t even exchange for a bigger size.
My daughter is 13 and I ordered a small which is size 8! Sizes are all out and then they won’t entertain exchange.
Shocking customer service.

Placed order unfortunately item was too small but really nice quality returned and got my refund straight away would definitely order from company again
