My mother tested positive on her PCR test for her flight back to the UK and had to rearrange her flight.
I originally booked her flight through a different operator when I called to rearrange they explained the the next available flight was a month away and I would have to pay £££ to book onto it. worried and anxious I decided to call Stunning agents on the recommendation of a close friend and asked for help. They were nothing short of heros. On a Friday night at 10pm they explained that the flight back would indeed be a month away but agreed to call the holiday operator on my behalf to try and agree and more reasonable fare. Needless to say they did and saved me £££ all the while not making a single penny.
Lesson learnt. Stunning have earnt mine, my family and friends repeat custom as a result. I would highly recommend.
