Quick shipment, item as described, great price.

I bought 13 packs of card stock, baseball card size (2.5 inches x 3.5 inches). I bought the heavy stock, 100lb, 25 cards per pack. What I got was clearly, obviously half the weight. In other words, it was not 100lb but more like 50 or 60lb. I know this because it was extremely flimsy and I’ve purchased this exact product from a different vendor and it was correct before; this was clearly not the right product. I explained all of this and even sent pictures comparing it to old stock I still have to illustrate the problem and all the customer service woman said is I can send it back registered mail at my expense and maybe after a few weeks I’ll get a refund, minus my shipping expenses! That is outrageous. The product being wrong may not be their fault, and I said as much, but there is no effort on their part to make it right. No replacement offered, no free return shipping, no discount, nothing. It’s like it’s my fault and I’m inconveniencing them. Absolutely horrendous customer service and attitude. Their product is wrong, plain and simple, and they aren’t making an effort to make it right. I would clearly never recommend this business to anyone and clearly stay away. They are horrible and miserable.

I ordered a blush water color poster board. It was perfect for the baby shower I was planning and very unique. However when I received it, the poster board was bent. I was lucky I could put feathers over it so no one noticed the dent. I just wish they packaged it better when shipping it to me.

I like the Westcott Curved Point thread Scissors. They are difficult to find. They are titanium and stay sharp. I found them on Stuff4Crafts at a truly amazing price.
