Paid £12 for the Thai Massage &…
Paid £12 for the Thai Massage & reflexology course.
Waited a few days for link to start the course, never came through.
Emailed them asking where it was, no response, so emailed again a few days later. Finally received the link to gain access to course.
Logged in to find they wanted another £12 for the course which I'd already paid. Tried contacting customer service and you guessed it, no answer.
Finally was able to log back in and found a way to start my course (wasn't there before when I tried!)
Videos kept glitching and loads of info missing. Came to the assessment which told me I had 10 minutes to complete 10 questions. Started questions, got to 2nd question and it all disappeared? Then I noticed a message saying you've failed! What! they only gave me 2 to 3 minutes, not 10 minutes as stated.
Once again tried ringing customer service and once again couldn't get through to anyone, but got an answering machine instead. Left a really narked message as I was truly hacked off at this point. Plus they wanted more money for me to resit the assessment, took my money but nothing came through. I then realized I'd been scammed! DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM! A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Courses absolutely pathetic.
Customer service is obsolete and very poor.
Luckily I paid via PayPal. So I should be able to claim under the scam section.
What's more, I contacted Reed directly, the lady I spoke to knew nothing about this company and said they do offer training online, but only use UK based tutors, not people based in other countries.
100% SCAM!

I found the course to be very straightforward. well thought out and delivered well.
It was easy top access the course online and you could see your progress as you go as it showed you the %
For the course I did there was a lot of material provided, that was easy to download so you can go back to it at anytime

The course was just text…
The course was just text and read aloud. No visuals or demonstrations. This would help on the exercise formations. Just descriptive text wasn’t enough to demonstrate the form. I switched off once we got to exercise 3 out of 13.

Lecture videos
The registration process is smooth and easy to complete however some of the video content or lectures buffer quite a lot, it disrupts focus, and the frustration is offsetting. Some just freeze all together.
The wifi whether in the company or home is quite strong so I think it's a matter of the clips.

acredated pdf certificate issue resolved
After I mail my issue for accredited certificate they reply through call and promise to resolve the issue.hopefully now I will receive my accredited certificate.
Old review (The initially I bought about 16£ after discount and claimed to get free pdf certificate after completing through email instantly but after completing I did not received any certificate than I mailed study Plex regarding issue, got reply from study Plex after 3days and they send me pdf certificate).

Absolutely awful website
Absolutely awful website. I paid for the course and the course was poorly made. The software was glitching after which the handout was missing.The course uploaded was incomplete. I messaged customer service they were unhelpful. I will never use this website again and no one else should either. Do better.
