I really enjoyed this course in Spanish. It was a level 6 diploma. Each video is three minutes long and I was able to relisten as many times as I wanted. The explanations are clear and easy to follow. I feel more confident in my Spanish now and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their Spanish.

They will ask you to pay for certificate and transcript!! The price for them is more expensive than the course!!

Good course. Understood the course and it was well structured.

I recently bought a Functional Skills Maths at Level 2 course from reed.co.uk and it was really misleading and poorly designed!

Firstly, the back to back video lectures were easily skippable by clicking the video timebar to end of the video, thus completing the lecture it was on.

Secondly, the assessment I was supposed to do didn't take any effort to complete, I could just refresh the page and the time would restart and the questions only showed integers maths problems making the rest of the content on there completely useless.

Thirdly, it turns out that the qualification that was given at the end of the course wasn't an official regulated qualification, but a CPD.

And lastly, I was trying to ask for a refund for my course, explaining the reasons as I explained before, and they declined me because my reason was not appropriate and "because it is learner's responsibility to ensure that they are completing the course without skipping." How can it be my responsibility for your poorly designed course and forgetting to double check basic mistakes of not skipping the lectures!

So to all future learners wanting to gain a qualification, don't try out this service! It's a complete waste of time!

Study Plex responded to my feedback in a positive way and addressed my concerns about certification. Initially, I scored them low, but the latest communication was spot on and deserving of a 4 star review.

The company contacted me to offer a free certificate in PDF form. If I reviewed my grading after reading my below feedback.... My review of the course remains the same... Just back to back videos you can click through..... My grading would be a 3/5 stars if I'd gotten the certificate I was told I'd get free...

So now I have that (albeit PDF) I've changed me review from 1/5 to a 3/5 stars as agreed

The course was just back to back videos. My "free PDF and hardcopy" would be £25 postage. So not free "pay only shipping". The free PDF isn't certified. Just a plain A4 saying you turned up. I've used 3 other online providers whom I'd recommend every day of the week over study plex. They give proper free accredited certified certificates.
