I approached Studio Grey to have some new headshots taken and was blown away by Mark's professionalism, and more importantly, the end result. He was very personable, talked me through the process and was very collaborative in trying to understand my vision/objectives. The output of the shoot was exactly what I was after and now I am faced with the lovely problem of having to decide which pictures I should use. I will definitely be recommending Mark and his team to my colleagues and friends.

This is a great offering. I don't really like my picture being taken and I don't like pictures of myself but I was really pleased with my headshots. Was done and dusted in 30 minutes which was what I wanted. Mark is great. Excellent service and great price.

I had an absolute pleasure getting my head shot taken by Mark at Studio Grey. From the moment I booked the session, the process was seamless. I received prompt email correspondence and was offered a variety of time slots that fit my availability.

The studio is centrally located and easily accessible. What stood out most was Mark’s professionalism and expertise. He is incredibly soft-spoken, patient, and never makes you feel pressured during the shoot. He takes the time to understand you as a person, your priorities, and the message you want your headshot to convey.

The 30-minute session felt completely tailored to my needs, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. At the end of the session, I received an email with my selected photos, neatly organised into folders for web, print, and LinkedIn use, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, I received a folder with non-selected images from the initial selection, which I thought was a thoughtful touch.

I was highly satisfied with both the experience and the final results. Mark’s attention to detail and understanding of personal branding make him an outstanding photographer. I would highly recommend him—100 out of 100! Wishing him all the best.

Do not enter a franchise agreement with Studio Grey.
I spent months doing training calls every single weekday and paying a £500 training fee to be told work would start in January.
It is now nearly April and this has not happened and been told I can do multiple days in London to payback. I’m in Birmingham so transport is extremely expensive so this isn’t a helpful solution.

“Studio days” being an unpaid day in which I had to incur travel costs and be in London from 6am-10pm just to get the cheapest train and to have a training day of everything I already knew
And “work” being a one off job which I rearranged my work commitments to help you out from a last minute cancellation from one of your staff. So I stepped in with a days notice to help you
And in terms of travelling where the work is. I agreed to a franchise job in Birmingham so why would I have to travel to London just to get paid I’d of applied to a London job if I wanted to travel to London.

It can be quite uncomfortable getting your picture taken but Mark made it very relaxed and easy. He worked extensively with me to ensure my pictures were a representation of me. He stayed late for no extra cost. Can not recommend enough!!
