Beautiful mugs, they are a nice size, light to hold and I love the text. A lovely idea for a gift.

Quality good but issue with logo
The “Yorkshire Lad” print was on the front of the mug only if you are left-handed, otherwise it’s facing you,
I bought the mug for my husband, who is playing a Yorkshire man in an am-dram production and, therefore, needed the logo showing on the front.
However, the quality of the mug was good, though logo not as bold a print as I would have liked.

Lovely mug and excellent customer service
Lovely mug but unfortunately there was a fault in the glaze. However, I was sent a replacement which arrived in time for my friend’s retirement. Excellent customer service, thank you.
